Closed due to lack of staff. What a joke. Haven't eaten at a wendys in 2yrs. Decided to try again to try a strawberry frosty. Guess not. Won't be back to wendys for probably another couple years.
The food is normal Wendy's food, but the dining room hours are very wrong. They NEVER unlock the front doors. They refuse to provide service here to anyone who does not have a car.Food: 3/5
If you're going to close your diner, close your app. Don't take my money and then force me through the drive through that's wrapped around the building. If I wanted to eat lunch on the ground in the sun, I'd go on a picnic. Reoccurring problem. I'll take my business elsewhere.
DO NOT GO/ORDER FROM HERE. Ordered online, paid for my food, only to arrive and realize they’re closed. And I mean I think they went out of business. Really??
Sat waiting at the drive thru. No one ever answered. I can see people in the building, however, they aren’t even answering the drive thru. Worker came out to take a picture of the sunset and told us the store was closed at 8:30 pm.
Dining room is always closed but on the sign it says open till 10 pm. So disappointed after we walked 2 miles ? Why is it always locked ? ???
Absolutely rancid smelling burger. Today was last straw. Management is horrible. They will randomly close early for no reason. And frequently out of things or serving cold soggy food. The employees here don't care at all. Care about your job or don't be surprised being replaced by a computer. I'm so over it.
I would give a zero star if possible. I had to return a total if 3 trips to get a double cheese with ketchup and onion only. The people at the restaurant did not seem to care that they messed up. On the third attempt, I told them to simple give me a plain double cheese. I have gone on their website and ask to be contacted twice with no response. Which is why they get a one star rating.
**UPDATE**Went the next day to get reimbursed and the lady that was in the window was serving the lobby/front cashier. She looks super confused when I asked for a manager. She wasn’t in uniform and had iPods in her ears with a Nike jacket on. When the “manager” showed up, he was in grey sweats with a red regular tshirt (oversized) one pants leg was up around his knee. No name tags no uniform!! Then although the manager prepped my food and bagged everything. He left before I could verify or thank him. Just absolutely UNPROFESSIONAL!!!Whoever was the young young lady at the window 3/19 around 9:30pm lied about my order having everything I needed. You desperately need customer service training and learn what goes with what order before you work a window. When I asked you if everything is in the bag, you said yes. MY fault that I should have checked the bags before i drove off. However if I trust you to make my food, then I shouldn’t second guess you when you say yes.I get home just to see the opposite of what I ordered plus no sides to create/complete my meal. Plus no receipt… These companies keep hiring these young lazy kids and you’re going to keep getting complaints and give out free food…
This visit did not go well, the only thing they got right on the order were the two drinks & the fries. We ordered three hamburgers, we received a chicken sandwich (we didn't order a chk sndwh) & the burgers didn't come close to what we asked for. I called right away & left a message with the manager, I called the next day and left her message for manager, and the following day I have yet to hear back. I get the fact that we all make mistakes, not a big deal but three voicemails later they just don't seem to care so I called my credit card company and let them handle it.Not saying don't eat at this location, but be aware you better check your order to see if something's wrong, don't expect them to do much about it once you've left the property.
