6 12 pm on a Friday evening and lobby closed due to short staff I'm assuming. This hasn't been the 1st time it's happened either.I truck drive so drive thru is out of the question.. if you keep losing staff.. maybe the problem might be within the establishment... no point in ever coming here again.
Shut down this location… Food is always cold, tastes old and the inside smells awful. The service is as slow as it can get. Go to another location, your service will be 5/5.
WOW! I was really hungry when I went thru the drive thru at this Wendy's. I ordered a Dave's double and fries. While the location was busy, the line moved quickly. I was really impressed with how efficient the staff was. GREAT job!!When I got my food, my double was literally just off the grill. It was nice and hot and juicy!!! Fabulous!!My fries were hot and my drink (tea) was cold with the right amount of ice!Terrific job you guys!!You would make Dave very proud!I highly recommend you try this location for yourself!
Strawberry ? frosty is good, quick and fast service.
The first time I ordered it took 15 minutes to receive my order despite being the only car in the drive through. The second time I ordered online to pickup but when I arrived they did not have the order yet my online bank statement was clearly charged. Now wasting over an hour plus to get my money back. There will not be a third attempt at this or any Wendy's going forward.
This is an excellent Wendy's option for KC. Unlike other locations in the area, they have not yet messed up my order.
They made our food fresh & hot, they have decent customer service!
This place used to be good. Today I received old, cold food. I asked for fresh fries (when I should’ve returned the whole meal) and pulled up to wait. They brought some out not even a min later and it’s the fries I sent back just re dipped in oil. So now the fries are hot, hard and old. Smh. I guess they thought no one would notice. That food made me sick and I threw up. Don’t waste your time and money at this location.
I usually go to this location about 11 am. I've been there 3 times in the last three month. My fries are always somewhat cold or leftover tasting. I might give them one more chance. I hate wasting money and food.
Wow. Large chili, but not actually large. Guess times are hard and therefore they will skimp out on the chili.
