Every time I go here my coffee is less and less filled. The other day I had a shot size of coffee and the rest was ice! It was the same today.
Always great, but every barista makes the same drink differently. User to work there myself.
Their brownies are different. Not as thick as they used to be. Very very disappointed and for the money we pay, we should be getting their best.
Everytime I go here, the employees always get my order right and are always so friendly! I really appreciate their service.

Stopped by for a dark roast coffee. However they were out of dark roast and light roast so had to order a medium roast cup of coffee. The lady that helped never gave a hello or a thank you when I pulled up too the window.
I am a regular customer at this location and I never had an issue with their service until today. It’s understandable that their is rush hours and order can be mistakenly given out to the wrong customer. And I appreciate the help of Paul for double checking the first time. Yet, the drink was still wrong. Went inside and I got greeted by an unprofessional employee. Being disrespectful towards me, and not to point out the manager was present during the lack of customer service.
Disappointed, nitro brew from here lately has been not so great. And not that the store has direct control but I miss the Holiday magic that Starbucks had in the past. This year hardly anything.... It's sorta makes me sad going in, Starbucks phoned in the holidays when we need good cheer the most.
Not usual for me to leave a review but this location just sits wrong with me. Ive yet to have a good experience. The kids, and i say kids because of their behavior, behind the counter are so rude. Im not normally bothered by service workers attitudes because i myself understand how hard it is. But this stores staff is condescending, rude, and overall inattentive. I ordered a venti shaken espresso earlier this week and was handed a cup that looked and tasted entirely like milk. When i asked for a remake i tried to make sure to check if they knew it came with 4 shots since it seems as though some dont know. the baristas behind the bar rolled their eyes and scoffed. They were not busy.. i was the only one there and they were just acting like me just existing in their store was a problem for them. Its okay to forget things, be exhausted and want to go home… but it isnt okay to be rude about it. Ive given this location so many chances but id rather drink the minitmart coffee across the street if that means i dont have to be spoken to and treated like an unintelligent inconvenience.
I’m rarely compelled to leave a review, but I had a really disappointing experience and wanted to share my thoughts. When this location first opened, I went pretty much daily and had good experiences despite how busy they always were. I think there’s been some sort of management change since then because the quality of service has depleted. They are constantly out of items, takes a long time to make drinks (talking 30+ minutes at times), and some of the staff are extremely rude. It’s really hit or miss with this location. What ultimately led me to leave this review was the lack of customer service. Went to order a sugar cookie latte and they were out of the syrup. No biggie, I went ahead and ordered a caramel brûlée (it was really good but the sugar cookie latte has become my favorite drink this season). After I paid and received my drink in the drive thru, I said thank you so much and told the gal to have a great day. Her response? Absolutely nothing. Not a single word. The attitude she was wearing made me feel like I was a burden in her day. At any other Starbucks location, I’ve had employees show nothing but high spirits and kindness despite how busy and hectic their day can become. I’ve even had a gal go out of her way to remember my name. The way this gal acted just gave me an icky feeling and was my final straw with this location. I will no longer be visiting this location and will be going out of my way to a Starbucks with employees who understand the importance of customer service. I’d rather have great customer service over convenience. Not sure I have the solution to all of the other issues with this location, but please take this as an opportunity to improve how you treat your customers. :)
