Friendly staff and great service. Only not-great thing about this location is the drive through if it gets backed up, it starts to interfere with traffic and the street, but that's obviously not the staff's fault.
Ordered a venti skinny vanilla latte, and a cafe mocha. My latte was 2 inches of foam, I questioned order and was told this is normal. I went back to store and asked for manager, got same employee who stated within Starbucks standard.??For $6.25 for a cup of coffee with 2 inches of foam is ridiculous. First time I’ve had this happen, NOT impressed with this location!
So refreshing to see friendly staff in a Starbucks it almost rare now days. They got my order perfect and I didn't have to wait 30 mins for my drink. Whoever the store manager is be proud of your staff they are amazing.
My absolute favorite Starbucks location. My mom and I have been coming to this location for years and we have always been treated with nothing short of kindness or respect from all staff!
Hours online aren't right...says open until 8. Was here at 7:15 and lights are on but no one taking orders.
On days where extra stars are offered, they are always out of the offer. How convenient.....
You know this Starbucks really sucks! The employees there with the exception of 2 that I don't think work there anymore aren't very friendly. I sat in the drive thru the other day for 5 min waiting for someone to respond until a lady stopped and said hey they are closed. No signage nothing letting us know that the hours of operation have changed even for that day!
Just a suggestion...if you're going to close your store for the day, maybe throw a sign on the order board to let people know they shouldn't sit in the line forever waiting for their order to be taken. The line was very slowly moving, but I had no idea it was moving because people were bailing. Embarassed to say that I lost about 10 minutes of my life waiting for the line to move before I hopped out and saw the "store closed" sign on the drive thru window as I drove by. So ridiculous.
The venti iced green tea i ordered today was brown so i sent my assistant to change it out to a venti white chocolate mocha. It tasted burnt and dirty.So i talked with the dude at the drive thru and i brought up that it could be that the pot they get made in wasn’t cleaned well.He said, “that could be it cuz we ran out of sponges”Disgusting!
This location has went down, it use to be one of best. Horrible customer service and long wait times
