Came to Sonic to get something to eat before work. They were only taking app orders but they did not state that. Ordered online and I asked for a cup of ice and was told that I could not pay for it separately. I was told only through the app. It was just a cup of ice, once I received my food it was cold and my fries were over cooked. Totally disappointed and I will never eat at this location again. I do understand they are short staffed but the customer service was less than.
This is definitely not my favorite sonic, but it is closest. On multiple occasions they have said I can't place a mobile order because it was too late. They told me that I could not order a shake one night but could pay more for a sonic blast. Not sure how that works. The limeades taste alright, but usually are missing a fresh lime and cherry.
We saw the new grilled cheese on TV and couldn’t wait to try it. It wasn’t even on the menu and we had to describe it ( at the Hedge Lane location). It was awful. It was so dry. It was nothing like the one shown on TV. And it was burned. We waited over 30 minutes for them to make it and they weren’t busy. Wish we’d just kept our money and left. Our last meal at the same location was bad also and we really wondered if we even wanted to go back. We’re done
Honestly, their only Saving grace was the manager coming out and taking our order. We waited for quite sometime and were not served, when we attempted to talk to service she was not only rude but also quite dismissive. It almost felt like we were a bother to her, and were wasting her precious time. I am not asking for anything beyond a bit of Workplace Courtesy. Had it not been for the polite and timely manner the Manager had operated at, I would have genuinely attempted to give it 0.
This Sonic is a JOKE! It has got to be the worst Sonic in America. And I love Sonic. I live less than 5 min from here and would bring it business almost daily. I have not been here once without issue and now I’m DONE. No more chances. The owner/manager must not like money. Today I went there at 11:50am, a Friday morning. Only to be greeted on the speaker with, “We don’t open until noon.” What?! You serve breakfast here. Your website says open at 7:00am. There were probably 4 cars waiting. I and many others just drove off. We’ll take our business elsewhere.Another time I came here and waited over 15 min for anyone to answer the drive-up call at all.And yet another time we waited 20 min for two milkshakes and when we finally got them could not tell which one was banana and which one was chocolate. I’m not even joking.Do not go here. This franchise needs to be investigated by corporate.
We waited 35 minutes after placing an order on the app. The manager went outside to smoke. No employees were working. Then I went up to see how long the order would take. The manager rudely told me they don’t open until 11. There were 6 cars waiting outside and she wasn’t going to tell any of them. She told me it wasn’t her problem.
Every time I try to eat at this location the staff is rude and service takes forever.
I am not one to complain. The service was great. The food was not. I have worked in fast food. The grease was not changed. I at two bites of my tatter totes and spit them out my mouth. I tried the jumbo popcorn Chicken with buffalo sauce. It was horrible. I took to bites and ended up getting sick to my stomach and ending up vomiting. They need to change the grease period. I am so traumatized I won’t return.
20 minutes and no service. I went here last week and they gave me my cheeseburger with no patty. Just condiments. I came back and no service at all. Also no refunds through the app, which is not their fault. But would mot recommend this location to anyone.
Fast service after ordering on the app while sitting in one of the spots to get the 1/2 price happy hour. Only 3 stars due to the portion size. We ordered two Large boneless wings and it had 4-5 very small pieces each in a mediocre amount of sauce.
