We chose this location because it is advertised as having a drive through in addition to drive-in stalls. It doesn’t. Michelle was our carhop. She activated the speaker and asked us to wait because she was outside. Okay. Then she stopped our order multiple times because she was looking for the button for an item. Fine. The real problem started when the order was placed and she immediately was on her way with the order. Obviously not fresh. The drink was incorrect and the bag reeked of old fry oil. She had us pull up closer to the employee’s door so she could give us our correct drink. I took this time to look at the food, which appeared fine. Turns out there was only a couple pieces of actual chicken on top of the cup. The rest of the cup was filled with tiny rock-hard pieces of fried breading. What I was able to eat of the chicken tasted awful and the fries were dried out. It tasted like their fry oil needed to be changed a long time ago.

This is the closest Sonic to us but it’s safe to say we won’t go to this one again. I don’t leave a review based on one bad experience, but there’s been multiple times that this location has been extremely slow whether you order on the app or at one of the stalls. I have never spent LESS than 30 minutes waiting for food. Not the worker’s fault, they are short-staffed, it comes down to management, but don’t go here.

Dismal experience. How is this location still operating? Service is virtually non-existent. About half the stalls are unusable since they are broken. No traffic cones in the stalls so people know they aren’t available. I even ordered on the app, checked in and waited and then the progress bar disappeared. No food came. I had to use the intercom and nobody would answer. Our order finally came out and was barely edible. Burgers weren’t hot and fries tasted like cardboard from sitting under a heat lamp for hours probably. I’m officially done with this location permanently now after giving them 2 chances. This place is clearly on the way out and will probably be out of business within the year at this rate. Sonic corporate should step in and shut the franchisee down.

If I could leave zero stars, I would have. We have visited this location 3 separate times only to either switch terminals 17 times due to blank ordering screens continually broken. We waited over 15+ minutes after pushing the button only for a female employee to tell us to hold. When she came back on the speaker as we were about to pull out, we mentioned that wait time and wondered what was going on. She ignored basic customer service skills and failed to provide a reason or an apology for the poor service. When asked for her name, she went silent. When she came on again, the same question was asked and she remained silent once again. Fast food or CEO - customer service doesn’t waiver. If you hate your job, go find one you don’t and try to maybe avoid consumer confrontation or learn how to properly carry out your job you signed up for. We didn’t need any special treatment, just basic human being respect. Rude responses and piss poor service is just a prime example of the entitled generation we unfortunately get to experience when you only have a job because daddy said he’d take away your credit card otherwise. We will never return to this location to spend our money. It’s an entry level job - get on board or get the hell outside and work in the 110 degree temperatures like so many other people who are much more pleasant and respectful no matter what age or gender they are. Ridiculously bad service. I give everyone a bit of grace now, with the worker shortage and supply chain issues. However, most of the ordering screens were out of order BUT never had a sign of them designating which one was working/not working. We literally pulled into 3 different stalls until we found a screen that would allow us to order.So we ordered 2 medium drinks. Waited 20 minutes (literally timed it) and nothing happened. The screen never changed so we were unable to pay for anything and no one ever spoke again into the speaker. No one ever came out to check either.It was a bad location prior to the pandemic but NOW it's just a horrendous place.I feel bad for the current workers being overwhelmed but being ignored for almost a half hour is unacceptable.

This Sonic use to be gold in service. For the first time I was sitting waiting for a long time more than 20 minutes. Called in with my phone to the store, they said to wait after pressing red button until “they are able to” said was stall I was in, an employee answers on stall speaker and told me “we are not getting orders until 5 to 10 minutes. I was starving and went to a next burger store nearby, placed the order got served then when coming back to the Sonic to purchase my wife’s items, pressed red button and still no answer after a more than 10 minutes.Pitty! I was expecting better please be aware the device is now poor in this place. Hope this helps others. If you need any order from here and you need ‘fast’ food style service fast you will not get it

Unfortunately this location has gone downhill over the past year. Very little staff which means it takes at least 45-60 minutes to get your order, even after ordering online. Half of the stalls are “broken” but there are no cones, so you kind of have to pull in and check, then back out and try to find another stall. I know staffing is probably an issue, but it’s sad the service has gone downhill so badly.After I pressed the button after not getting my food 10 minutes after they said they were heading my way rudely told me that I would get my food when I get it because others have been waiting for 30 minutes.After waiting nearly an hour, I asked for a refund and luckily they know the customer service refund number on the top of their head and gave it to me.Terrible service. Time to close for good.

This is the 3rd time this week I've ordered in the app and I can't get helped. I understand everyone is short staffed but my order has been wrong, my drinks have been melted by the time they arrive and it's been On its way for 5-10 minutes and cleared off the screen before I even see it. I can't even ask for a sauce before my order comes without being silenced on the speaker by the manager. Clearly you don't need my regular business.

Screwed up my order after they tried to double charge me. Had to wait another ten minutes to re-order to get the issue corrected. Ice cream machine was also broken. Steer away from this Sonic, it’s better if it shuts down and a competent restaurant takes its place.

I usually love Sonic but this location ruined Sonic for me. You can never order in person, only ahead in the app. Half the car stations don't work and you don't notice until you pull up. They have stickers but why not show them where cars can easily see them?The last straw was about a week ago. We ordered ahead, waited 20 minutes waiting for the food only for Sonic to tell me that their system is down and it'll be another 20 minutes. We left and still got charged.Edit: this comes down to management. All other fast food restaurants are operating fine. Management at this Sonic (and seems all other nearby Sonics) are running it to the ground. Looks like they don't care about their employees and their employees show it.
