Did not include any condiments although 8 were requested, nor utensils. Food was decent but not worth the price, was hoping for more attention to detail for a 77.95 delivery order. Not the driver’s fault as all items were placed into one bag, will not be ordering from this location again
I have been to slims in Lenexa 2 times in the last month or so. Always great service and wonderful food. Very clean and organized. Good conversation with the employees and very courteous. I will be going back. I don't live in the area we were down there at doctor appts, so don't get to eat there near as often as I would like. Over all, It was a great experience.
My husband and I got fried chicken wraps and they were terrible. The chicken was so chewy and hard I had to spit it out. It might've been microwaved or overcooked. It tasted like old reheated leftovers. Thankfully there was hardly any chicken it since it was so bad. Severely overpriced for the poor quality. Potato salad had a weird taste and the potatoes were undercooked. It was glistening with grease. How is that even possible? Ugh!
Service was slow and mushrooms were greasy and not fully cooked. Want to believe it was due to lack of help which is a problem everywhere. Salad was good. Have heard good things abouts Slims will give them another try later.
We decided to try this place today and we're not very satisfied. I got the 3 and 3 meal and he got the 5 and 5 meal, so we are both wondering why he only had 3 wings in his box. We waited about 10mins at the window for our food with no one else in line, so you would think everything came out piping hot. NOPE! The only thing that was warm were my side of mushrooms. The best part of the meal was my Lemonade and that's sad. I don't know if we will ever return here, especially if they're going to rip us off again.
Hot food delivered to table. Bone-in wings were not to my liking. Tanner offered to remake or refund without me having to ask. Great service goes a long way!
I'm always looking for a good place to eat after school and Slim Chickens has been my destination of choice for the past few days. The food is always very good and reasonably priced. Out of 7 trips I've always been satisfied and looking forward to the next time I get to go there.
Excellent place to eat. If you love chicken strips and wings, this is the place to go. Their sauce selection is incredible!
I only stop by here once a month to grab a dessert jar after an appointment in the area. Service is good. The jars are good and vary depending upon the season. Then I repurpose the Mason jars!
Do yourself a favor and go around the corner to Raisin’ Canes instead. The tenders were over cooked and have a sort of metallic, grease taste. The fries were room temp and unseasoned. The best part was the uninspired piece of white bread toast. The dining room was unclean and the drink station was a mess. All round disappointing experience.
