nice place to stay. wonderful staff

for the price it isnt bad but I would much rather pay 150 a night for a place more comfortable with a shower I would actually shower in and a bath id bathe my child in. the beds were awful and the pool and hot tub were both pretty chilly... the inside of the hotel was freezing so when you got out of the hot tub that wasn't hot it was no fun!!!! wouldn't recommend.... 5/10

The hotel was great. I loved the lobby & the room was so nice. I enjoyed the comfort. It was close to a lot of places. I’m glad breakfast was included but it could’ve been more of a veritable. Overall I’ll be back.

Pool area was dirty, rooms dirty, hot tub was down, checked into room and turn around to see little one eating food off floor cause rooms were dirty. got moved to new rooms just to have ants. Heat came on for AC. just over all a bad experience when you take your family for a 4 day stay in Kansas City

If you have the pleasure to stay here your experience will only get better if you deal with Shawn Moore and the breakfast host Sunny. These two people always make the stay amazing. Such a pleasure always. Please try not to deal with the late staff bad attitudes low energy

Stayed on multiple occasions because of the truck parking and restaurant. First time I stayed the room had no heat, but they gave me a space heater. They are trying to give it a facelift. Tried to use hot tub but it was cold. The first time I was here the restaurant was open and serving their full menu and it was pretty good. The last two times there has been football on and they serve this garbage five item menu. Sounds like just a reason not to cook to me. I will be finding a new place to stay.

Horrible stay. Started with poor service in the bar. Waitress forgot to turn in our food order. Didn’t come around to ask if we needed more drinks. Room was cold upon entering. Turned the heater on and woke up to the room being 64 degrees. Heater did not work. Front desk person was rude when we checked out and informed her of the heater situation. Will not stay there again!

Not good. This place is run down (they’re trying to ‘remodel’ by putting in laminate floors and new fixtures in rooms but the walls/doors/bathrooms all need addressed, not just new fixtures), bugs in our first room, several inch gap under the door to the hallway in our second room, customer service is lacking. They even gave away a reserved room of someone in our party before they could check in. Would definitely not return.

scratch made food, great drinks, friendly staff. Can't beat it.

I had personally scoped this place out in the fall. This winter a friend of mine needed a good place to stay close to me with reasonable rates. He stayed two separate nights and we both found Shawn Moore, front office and desk manager, provided exceptional friendly, courteous, helpful service. The motel is remodeled and very clean. There are a couple of fairly minor repairs needed yet. My friend then needed a place to stay and we chose the 30 day rental/lease option. The room again is very clean, attractively appointed, close to the back entrance door and is exactly what my friend needed. Breakfast is available for a charge, but my friend said it was also excellent and the breakfast area employee helping him was wonderfully kind. Shawn Moore works very hard to cover the back office and especially the front desk with excellent customer service. He needs more help! I predict this young man has a great future ahead of him with his work ethic and people skills. I will definitely refer others here. Street advice: getting to the hotel from 95th St. headed west is a big challenge. Exiting headed east is easy. Forget 95th St. Take Quivira to 99th St. and turn west. Then turn north on RoseRosehill and you will drive right up to the hotel.
