The people in the kitchen gave my order away threw something in a bag then ignored me saying it wasn't right. When you order a $6.99 wrap and get a $3.99 bbq sandwich and get ignored. Even McDonald's can atleast make your order right when they screw up instead of ignoring you.
normally i relatively enjoy going to this location. however, Tuesday June 28th about 7:30pm was an exception. i put 2 bottles of water on the counter that the shelf in the cooler they were in advertised 2 for $4.25. i then placed a thermos i was carrying on the counter near myself, the aforementioned i had placed close to the cashier's side with the barcodes facing the young man wearing an in training ribbon. i proceeded to tell him that i had just found the thermos in the street on the curb, and that taking it home & sanitizing by running thru the dishwasher should make it a good find. he then said my total was over $6. i said that it shouldn't be, and right then a gal wearing a black windbreaker with a name tag identifying her as Sammie walked up to the register and told the young man to wait. she pointed at the thermos & then at me. she asked me what was in it. i replied that i didn't fill it there. she then corrected my total, and told me it was $4.65. i handed her $4. while i was reaching in my pocket for change she looked at me, told me that i had given her $4, and that i needed to pay more money. i replied that what did she think i was reaching in my pocket for? i chose to give her another dollar as she seemed to be in such a hurry. after getting my change from her, i then had to ask her for a bag. she began saying something to the young man in training. i raised my voice slightly, and said whatever she teaches you, don't let her teach you rude customer service etiquette.✌️?➕

I called and asked if they had an air machine. Yes, they do. Is it free I ask. Yes it is. I get there. I don't know how to work it. Offered to assist plus let me use their tire pressure reader. The young man working with the curly hair was stellar. Wish I had caught his name. Thank you!!!
Got sandwiches from the QT kitchen for me and a friend and within hours we were both puking and sick from them!
