Every time we order from here, the food is fresh, hot, and delicious. One of the better Pizza Huts we’ve ever been to, quality-wise.
Delivery is too expensive. It cost me 14 dollars extra for delivery, just to order two large pizzas and wings. 5 dollars base delivery fee not for the driver? Then 18% tip was the lowest choice. Really? So much for choosing Pizza hut for the value.
I still really love pizza hut pizza and breadsticks. Good price, quick carry-out and nice staff!
Had a good experience ordering online for carryout, for a scheduled time. The pizzas were ready at the exact time, and the order was correct. The staff was friendly. Since I had ordered them for a birthday party, I was anxious that it would be ready on time, and it all worked out. Oh, and the pizzas taste good.
We understand short staffed but being placed on hold for several minutes after calling for my curbside and then having to walk in to get my order to stand there for over 10 minutes before we were acknowledged and then when they forgot my wings the employee huffed under his breath and went to make them. No apologies whatsoever. There is a way to still deliver good customer service even under pressure.
I just picked up a large pizza and when I opened the box, the topping just slid off the crust. This is a poor excuse for a pizza by a corporate franchise. Employees that do not care or have pride if wirk.
My pizzas were not quite done when I arrived so I waited for just a few minutes. I thought I'd have to ask again about my pizzas, but they brought them right out and handed them to me. Very nice.
DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS LOCATION!! THIS COMPANY IS PRICE GOUGING!!!!Ordered a Meat Lover’s pizza and 18 wings from this place, show up to pay and they tell me it’s $51. Obviously I inquire why the bill is so high and they inform me their prices are variable. So I take a look online and every other Pizza Hut in Kansas sells the same meal for $23 (plus tax) with the pizza being $13 and wings $10. Tell the guy at checkout he can either match it or I’m not buying and walk out with $20 pizza and no wings. Had I looked up the price of pizza and not just the $28 dollar wings I wouldn’t have bought it either. If there were a zero star option that’s what I would have given them.
The Manger Dave and all of his team always have an excuse to not deliver the food they always say they don’t have delivery guys but when I got there there was a delivery guy I think they should be checking the management regularly and I think this is the worst PizzaHut My name is Juan Carlos Hernandez
Ordered pizza for work Thanksgiving get together. Hour after scheduled deliver time, call and am told they can’t get ahold of delivery drivers. 2 hours after scheduled delivery time, they say pizza was delivered to wrong address. Driver tried to call me. Say they will issue a refund, almost $50. 3 weeks later they say we lost your paperwork, give us your phone number and we’ll issue refund. Then they say found profile just need credit card info to issue refund. No refund, no pizza. Turns out this happens a lot at this location. Not sure who pockets the money, probably store manager. Place will scam you.
