Love their grilled chicken salad. It is an amazing value and the chicken us fresh and warm.Also, they sell specialty ice for cocktails. I've not seen a place do this before, so I thought it was unique.
Crazy high priced! Tiny little saucer sized single lunch pizza cost more than a large with more toppings elsewhere! You get the idea of the check for a family.I will go to better upscale places to eat if I want to spend that kind of money to dine out.Pizza is good though, but really overpriced for thin crispy crust and small sizes.No pics, we left before ordering.
Pizza was good but the service was bad. The restaurant was not crowded but our server took forever to take our order. Then, after bringing our meal, never showed back up to see if we needed anything (we did) until we were completely through. I was told by those of my group who had been there several times before that this had never been an issue before.
My family has been visiting OSP for many years for pizza and have always considered it the best in KC. However on our last visit of 3/15/22, we were very disappointed in the food quality. The pizza did not have a good flavor, was too salty and the crust was soggy and not cracker-like as OSP is known for and typically serves. We were informed by the waitress that the cheese had been changed to a more creamy formulation. I asked to speak to a manager to voice our concerns but he could not be located. In addition, the owner/manager would not return requests to call back to discuss or address concerns.. We do not plan to return as long as OSP continues to use this new receipe or fails to respond to customer concerns.
They need to improve the online ordering process. My order (via Menufy) never got activated. When I arrived to pick-up they could see that I had placed an order (and payed) but I had to return another 30 min later to get my pizza. Great pizza however!
This was the worst pizza ever. Smalldoes not feed up to two people. Toppings where on only two micro size slices, no extras ordered on pizza, over 1/2 had no toppings. No they didn't slide they were just not there. I took photos however there is no option to share. Pictures will be posted on facebook and any other site that I can tag them in
Came up here on a promotional night for my child's school. They were super busy but working super hard to accommodate all the orders. Ben did an outstanding job of keeping the team calm and providing direction. Thanks for the hustle and delicious food guys!!
Great pizza and cold beers! Staff/service was good. Plenty of seating as well.
