One of the dirtiest McDonald’s I’ve been to in awhile. The play place is open, but very dirty as well. I’m pretty positive one of the workers is using the play place as an unsupervised daycare and her children are definitely under five, with one being around age 2. Sad. I’ll go to another McDonald’s next time even if I’m close to this one.
Went through the drive thru for breakfast and asked for a water with my biscuit. Was charged $.30 for this which I find totally wrong. Will be putting all McDonalds on my never eat at your restraunts ever again. Your food has always been average at best but this is the last straw with your company.
Today's visit was fine. The fries were fresh but the burgers apparently had been sitting under the heat lamp for awhile. Typical for any McDonald's. If you get lucky and get a fresh burger, it's very good. This all depends on the time of day although U have heard you can ask them to make a fresh burger. You might have to sit in the wait lane.
The location is a bit of a challenge with nearby construction, and confusing signage on how to enter. I used the app to "save time", but my order took 12 minutes and I saw several pass thru the drive thru in front of me while I waited. I suspect this is a process issue rather than a problem with staff. Food was good, prepared fresh, and consistent in quality to prior visits.
We needed a quick place to eat breakfast. The employees were really nice. The place was clean. I wish the bathroom had papertowels. The only downside is all the construction going on around it.
Understaffed, orders are consistently wrong, slow service, and they shrunk all of the drinks. Every other store in the area serves large drinks. The other night a 10 year old kid was running the drive through. They also started using some automated order taking system at the drive through. This place is flat out horrible and there are too many McD's around to tolerate what this location is doing. Stay away because whoever is managing this place is a bad business owner.
This McDonald's has gone down hill. They have forgotten to put good in bags multiple times, the food has been very sloppily put together, but tonight was the last straw.My #2Deluxe was raw. Only noticed the raw meat after the second bite and nearly threw up.Forgetting items in a bag is one thing giving illness inducing food is another.
Came through the drive thru about 1015, ordered a couple items, including nuggets with honey mustard. Got home and had no sauce which wasn't that big of a deal though disappointed. Started eating and they tasted quite stale. The fries and burger we ordered weren't very good either. The only thing that did taste good was the DP but it's hard to mess that up I suppose.
Over 10 mins for 2 cheeseburgers, large fries, & a tea. Ended up leaving without my tea....not sure if they were out, but give the customer a damn option to get something else or wait. Waiting 10 mins for a VERY simple order isn't what I wanted to do after traveling all day!!!!
This McDonalds is the worst in town, the night staff was very rude. They told me they don’t do ice cream after 10pm but they are open until 2am. It was 11pm when I placed my order. I don’t believe them, I think they just didn’t want to make it for us. I heard the gentlemen being very rude to the customer in front of us in the drive thru also. Avoid this McDonalds they are rude and awful!
