They got the order right which is about all I expect from McDonald's so I consider that pretty darn satisfied
Very slow. Waited 10 minutes for my mobile order. After seeing 5 cars go through the drive through I decided to go inside myself and get my food. Next time I won't use the app since there's no point if they don't make it until you get there and have to wait 10 minutes.
This location is always great late at night. I work late and not only are they one of few places open but my order is always correct and the staff smiles and is kind.
Kids asked for chicken nuggets total of 34 pieces and not 1 drop of sweet and sour Sauces was provided!!!! Do better
Order today was fresh. Fries were perfectly cooked and even burger buns were fresh & fluffy
If you can try another McDonald’s! This place has never ever got an order right with me. They have terrible customer service, and when you try to resolve an issue you can bet that they’ll argue with you! Just avoid them or keep simple, because I can guarantee that mess up simple.
Good McDonalds, their Drive Thru setup is a little weird though.
Getting your order taken seems to be a low priority at this location. When they finally do come to take your order they act like it's an incovenience to do so.The soft drinks from their machine are way watered down. Definately not worth the money.
The french fries and hash browns here are always soggy. It's like they don't fry them long enough for them to get crisp. The buns never taste fresh. Its like the sandwiches sit too long under the lights. Once I ordered no onions and they put 3x the amount of onions on the sandwich. it was buried in onions.
I don't mind people not speaking English at all. Totally get it, but we went at 10:30 am and not a single person there spoke English well enough to help us with the self checkout machine up front, which did not work, because they were out of "window tents". No one knew how to fix it and we sat there for 10 minutes struggling, before I finally figured it out myself.Really terrible customer service.
