This Jimmy John's is set up with a drive through, which I'm sure works well for them but I felt like the dine in customers didn't receive the same attention. When I got my drink there were black flex floating in it. I thought it was just the drink I chose so I dumped it and chose a different one, but it turns out it was the machine. I noticed the was a different machine behind the counter for drive through customers. The tea was fine so we ended up having that. Then we went to look for a table and all of them were dirty with crumbs from what I imagine were earlier customers. I enjoy Jimmy John's, so we go there often, but I was disappointed with this experience. I might go back here, but only as through the drive through.
Drove up to the drive thru at 6:24 on a Friday night and was told that they "just closed."

Very common experience that the delivery will take over an hour. You should avoid this Jimmy Johns and order something else.To the owner: I already left feedback with corporate. No need to comment with a link like every other post saying the same thing I am for the last 6 months.
Worker on the phone said he could not refund my delivery order as it was placed through door dash. From previous experience only a few months ago working as a shift lead and delivery at insomnia cookies and had to do refunds multiple times through door dash. Customer service goes a long way but obviously not at this location.
I appreciate when JJ's has a drive thru. Friendly, quick and delicious. I came during a quiet time (not at noon).
Closed on a Thursday by 7 pm. Closed by 8 on a Friday. Don't rely on Google showing correct hours. If you're hungry for dinner go somewhere else.
Went thru the drive thru.... So not sure about personality and cleanliness....
Freaky Slow. If you want an order immediately just go through the drive-thru as mobile orders will cause you to wait way too long. The 'as soon as possible' option when online ordering means you'll wait 30 minutes or more. They didn't even update my order on my last mobile order so I had no clue it was ready to be picked up. In fact it still says my order is being made. Last few visits have seen less filler in my sandwich as they appear much smaller now.
Screaming and cussing at customers in the drive thru. Threatening and telling them to turn around in the drive thru. Continuous petty comments while ordering. Asked who the manager was and got the response that it was “John”. Personal favorite tried to go in and they all locked the door and decided to do some sign language behind the glass. Most ridiculous customer service experience I have ever had. Just don’t go there or at least not until the 3 there are all fired. We all know where they are headed anyway. Date of event 9/12/21 around 8:10-8:20.
