If the guy out front would stop talking about pay attention to the orders, it would be great to actually get what you pay for. EVERY time I go to this place the guys worried about talking instead of making your correct order. Won’t be going back.
The pasta was like a week old . Cold and dead pasta. The ladies were very helpful and nice and the sand which was okay.
I love coming here Tony always shows love and care for all of the guests. Food is great service is fantastic!

Used to be great... There is one worker here that appears to care about his job and always does so with a smile and impeccable customer service. Otherwise, no real reason to stop here unless I absolutely have run out of all other options. The "new" workers are rude, cut you off, and care only about the sale.Update - 05/09/2022:I do not wish to fill out a review on your website, but thank you for that invitation to do so. I instead now just go to the location off W 119th St. Much better customer service here. I still stand by my original statement, there is one worker at your location keeping the customer service alive and well, he is amazing! I get people have bad days and I understand a bit about business to understand sometimes you have to "move the line along".

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVERI would leave 0 stars if possible. I have ordered from this location multiple times for work events and there is always an issue. I always call for a pre-order to give them ample time-usually the day prior to. They are always late, forget to make the order, forget items in the order, etc. I called yesterday for a delivery today, they did not deliver and there is no one answering the phone. They took my credit card info for the order and never showed with food. Will never order from this location again.
