Waited 20 minutes in the drive-thru when there were only 2 cars in front of me. The woman in front a me ordered several bags of food so I assume that's why it took so long. I ordered chili cheese fries which I can only assume we're sitting in the bag for the whole time while I was stuck in line waiting on the order in front of me. When I got back to work, I had a box of chili with maybe 10 soggy fries swimming around in the box. It was COMPLETELY inedible. I literally threw the entire thing away after wasting my entire lunchbreak to pick this up. What a waste of money and time. I would NOT recommend ordering at this drive-thru.
Love the sauce and my husband likes the chili burger. The cheese curds have to much salt. We love the ice cream but it melts before we get home. Fast friendly service.
I have never been to this location but have been to many others but this was my worst experience at a Freddy’s. The fries were so crispy they were crunchy and fell apart when I bit into them. There were no ketchup packets so we went to ask for some and were told they didn’t have any (even though we had ketchup on our burgers.We went up to order custard and the cashier had an attitude and seemed impatient or she didn’t want to help us. Also once we got the custard the banana that was put into it was brown and rotten.I’ll definitely go to another location if I want Freddy’s again.
The lettuce wrapped burgers were good, but the fries weren't hot. They were just warm.
Restaurant is dirty! Not one table was clean, floors haven’t been swept, tears in seating. Not that busy and plenty of staff in store.
Let me start with this. I love Freddy's. This is my first bad experience. We ordered 4 meals and all of them were burnt, dry and over cooked. 2 burger meals, a fish and chips meal and a chicken strips meal. All of them were poorly done and we were rudely rushed through our order in the drive through. Again, my first bad experience at any Freddy's before. Please, this Lenexa location needs some serious help.
Not much to say...I love this place and the food is always great!
I ordered a double burger without mustard and onions and fries. Also I ordered a California double cheese with everything. When I got my order I looked to check to see if it was correct. They put onions and mustard minus the pickle. Opposite of what I wanted. I addressed the issue and it was corrected as quickly as they could. When I got home my California combo was missing the pickles. I don't think I should have to double check or triple check my order before heading home. Also there was no sauces. One of the few bad experiences I have had with this company. All in all I hope they pay attention more to take out orders. THANKS
I've really resisted putting in a review because this location was fantastic for a long time. But it's been rough for awhile now. It's a 50/50 toss up on orders being correct, and a lot of times the food is extremely messy or falls apart. We recently ordered 2 hotdog meals, plain, and one separate hotdog by itself with onions. We were charged for 3 meals and all 3 dogs were plain, the fries were cold and all the buns fell apart as soon as we picked them up. I know it's kind of small stuff, but this has become really common for this location and is really frustrating
Ordered a plain cheeseburger the burger was not plain and did not have cheese also the fries have changed recently and aren’t as good just go to Culver’s across the street.
