Poor selection. Poor quality (old donuts) . The cashier was nice but didn't understand what we wanted. Sign of the times. With the socialist programs in place, employees don't last more than a month so it is difficult to get anyone trained.
I have never been treated this rudely for asking a question, this morning I am about sevty five percent sure I order a ice latte, but I got ice coffee instead. I will take full responsibility for my own bone headed ways, But when I asked the attendee about I was yelled at and had the recite shoved in my face.
This is ridiculous I go here nearly every day during the week and the week day staff is awesome! This Saturday shift it seems like they only care about walk in customers they aren't even pulling the drive through forward they are ignoring it completely. I tried to walk in grab order and they ignored me. So dissatisfied! If I hadn't pre paid in the app I would have left.
I was bummed. I went through the drive thru yesterday. They were out of a lot of varieties. No maple, no blueberry etc. I settled on my other choice and got my order quickly and efficiently but my disappointment was that my donuts were all dry. It was like they had been sitting around a long time. Stale tasting. I probably won't go back.
Staff always friendly, in California or Kansas. They greet you coming and going! I like that. Smoke manners go a long way when it comes to customer service!
Coffee is very inconsistent here. Been here two times in the past two weeks and my drinks did not taste like they should. The first time I had to waste my time going back after I had already arrived at home. Today my drink didn't taste right again. I just ended up dumping it down the sink. Didn't want to waste my time again going there. And this'll be my last time going to this location. Don't know what is so hard about making a simple iced coffee with cream, sugar and french vanilla. I can go to any other chain and order any drink and they'd be able to make it the same every time. Don't go here if you're expecting good coffee.
I've given this location multiple chances. I've attempted to call about our order and no one answers. I've left a message and NEVER heard back. Here's what happens:I order on the app, pick up in the drive-thru (so I don't have to get all 3 kids out), get home, open the box and we've got donuts no one will eat. I wasn't told they substituted some of our requests. I understand they're busy, but a heads up at the speaker would be nice. A chance to pick our own substitutions would be nice.No matter, we're done. My kids are disappointed, but it's a life lesson.Edit to add: Dunkin doesn't seem to care since there are no responses to the reviews here. Good or bad.
Ordered a large cappuccino and two sandwiches, paid and was given the sandwiches and told to pull into the parking lot to wait for my drink. No one ever came with my drink so i waited 15 minutes and then went in to find they had made the drink 15 minutes ago but didnt bring it to me. The drink is still mostly hot but the sandwiches are cold as its a cold day. The apology given by the employee was one of 'whoops sorry'.
Rude lady in the (empty) drive thru told me they are too busy to make any food items. They don't have bagels. They don't have any donuts ... What poor service. No donuts at 9 on a Sunday?
Every time I ask for crispy toast on my avocado toast they never toasted they give it to me not toasted all the way.
