I usually love Chipotle, but this location just can’t get it right. A few coworkers and I used to order from this location until they messed up our orders 4 times in a row. We’d received orders with incorrect/missing protein, incorrect ingredients, missing sides, missing entire meals, etc. Today, I was craving a burrito and decided I would give them one more try. The pollo asado and cheese were missing from my burrito and my side of queso was chunky and cold. Unfortunately, this will be my last time dining here. I recommend trying Oscars up the road instead.
The line always goes so fast. I Love the chicken, sofritas and adobo chicken. The spicy salsa is amazing. I wish I could buy gallons to use at home. Queso brings some nice flavor in as well and really pulls the meal together. Overall I love chipotle. This location is very clean and has nice workers. Gotta love using chipotles forks too. I eat here at least 5 times a week.
This location used to be great, now they screw up my order every single time. Ingredients left out, and burrito poorly wrapped in a torn tortilla. How am I supposed to eat a burrito that falls apart as soon as I touch it?
This is quite possibly the worst run chipotle in the entire metro. The manager argued that our online order didn't exist even when shown confirmation. Made us wait through a full line after reluctantly agreeing to make the order we'd already placed, confirmed and paid for. Then, no chicken on either burrito bowl. Epic fail this time after agreeing to give them another shot after a horrible visit 6 weeks ago. Never again.
Unfortunately, the food I received was not very fresh or properly prepared. The rice was undercooked and still crunchy, while the chicken and carnitas were dry and tough. The vegetables were a dull brown like they had been sitting out too long, and the food quality was just rather disappointing overall. Additionally, staff were not very pleasant and seemed dismissive and unwelcoming.
Forget getting the proper portions here. My bowl was barely full with a double steak add guacamole. For $18 i expected more than the exact same portions as a $10 bowl. Absolutely not worth any extra add ons..
Probably not a good idea to go to this location if you like food. They charge you $2.50 for guacamole and then give you barely half a spoonful, and then double up your buddies when you say something about it.
The food is good but the service here in this location is literally god awful. The employees are terrible.
Food is passable, but the facility is filthy.When we arrived there were several empty tables but all hadn't been cleaned in a while. I grabbed some napkins and wet them in the drink dispenser and cleaned a table for ourselves.One of the employees came out front ostensibly to clean the rest of the tables but spent about 5 minutes chatting with her friends before starting to clean the tables. At best her work was haphazard leaving bits of dried food on all of the tables.This is a systemic problem with the chain in the KC area. We've encountered it at the store in the Northland as well. It was absolutely disgusting.We won't be back.
Ordered Postmates for lunch and bought the guac and chips for extra $5...but all we got were the chips...when I called to tell them, the phone doesn't let you speak to a actual person, just to order which is not what I wanted. very upsetting.
