Chipotle is 1 of my favorite foods. This location is terrible , everything was dirty in there . I asked for a little bit of salsa and he puts a huge glob in my bowl, My rice just has huge clumps , the chicken was terrible, to much fat and hard pieces in every bite . I couldn’t even finish it. Ruined my whole appetite and waste of money. Will never return
I like this Chipotle but their customer service is okay… please work with your staff to be a little more patient and nice. Their not horrible…but…it could be better.
Walked in, there was one customer in the entire store, no one in line. Walked up to the counter, no one greets me, stood there for literally four minutes with four employees up there the entire time. Literally the worst service I’ve ever had anywhere. I turned around and walked out. Will never go back
It’s chipotle. It’s delicious. If you disagree then you’re just not building your burrito/bowl correctly.
Walked in at 9:14PM, they close at 10. There was a line of people to the door. There was a boy cleaning the lobby. He was putting all the chairs in the table.. I wanted to eat there, but ok…. Then I see him throw the towel he’s using to clean off all the tables on the ground. He then picks it up after being on the ground for a few minutes and continues using it to clean the rest of the tables.. then I heard they were out of sour cream and I just left..
Both bowls were sourcream soup! Ripped off for extra meat, ripped off for queso, ripped off for fajita veggies, ripped off for extra lettuce. I've been to three different locations in attempt to find one that can read an online order and this place is the WORST! Freakin' shameful that these people get paid at all!
What is happening at this location!? Consistent late wait times, staff appear unmotivated, sluggish, and without manager presence. The food always tastes good, but why at this location does it take 20 minutes to clear the line? Grateful the other nearby stores know how to run.

Used to go to this location all the time, but no more after our visit last night. The last few times we've been here, the tables were filthy, the trash was overflowing, utensils were empty, and the employees were loud and obnoxious with each other. Last night, loud Moana music was playing from the back, mixing with the obnoxiously loud music playing in the front. The chips were super greasy. I tried the new pollo asada burrito and bit down into bones twice before I finally gave up on my burrito. There must never be management there and/or management must not care or have any pride in their establishment. Lines in this location are always deceiving. You can walk right in and go up to the counter and not be helped until 4 or 5 to go orders are completed. We'll spend our money elsewhere, thank you.
Unlike other locations this Chipotle packs your burrito up full. And they don't forget anything with door dash orders. Great place.
