Front doors have been smashed in so many times I lost count. Folks just want to steal and take what's not theirs Instead of earning the old fashioned way by going to work!This place has really gone downhill it looks more like a gas station from the dotte....I'm surprised any of their employees still come to work!
This location started my boycott of Caseys. I had a couple of visits here where staff were having conversations with other people while I waited to make a purchase (which I overlooked) but then I was charged for pizza I didn't receive. I tried to reach out to the manager where I requested a phone call but, oddly, the manager wouldn't contact me via phone. I then reached out to corporate. I found it odd that on their corporate website they did not provide a phone number so I sent a message on their online form explaining I had several issues to bring to their attention and would like to speak with customer service to voice my experiences. Someone did respond via email wanting me to describe my experience via email. I again requested a phone call because I have several bad experiences and have been charged for items I didn't receive. Casey's did not reply to my response and did not call.So Caseys duped me $40 and I'm not comfortable with doing business with companies that take customers complaints lightly.
Extremely rude and unprofessional staff! I ordered a pizza online and came in the store a few minutes before my estimated time for pickup just to see if it was ready yet. After standing in the online pickup spot for a while without anyone asking for my pick-up information I spoke up and stated why I was here. I felt ignored at this point. There was two people making the pizzas and she didn't even look at the tickets before rolling her eyes with a big attitude stating that im early, she was extremely unprofessional and rude. I ended up waiting an additional 20 minutes for my food. Completely horrible experience!
This is an amazing Casey’s! The kitchen always has delicious biscuits and gravy! The employees are all so kind and happy. Keep it up ?
The pizza is delicious but when I walk in for my 30 minute order at 30 minutes and one guy is just making it while 3 other people do nothing it's very frustrating. Just say that the orders are going to take an hour because your employees don't want to work. I stood there for a few minutes before any of them even acknowledged I was there. Disappointing.
Ordered a taco pizza to feed my family after over an hour wait ready to eat it arrives and I open the box to a whimpy thin pepperoni pizza with a little bit of pepperoni across it and call and can not get our pizza we have waited on but in the morning I can get a refund . Live up to your word and end of the deal my kids 2 and three make me feel the worst about it as they cried when we should have a smiling dinner way to drop the ball then REALLY DROPPED THE BALL .AFTER THIS MAY NEVER COME BACK called door dash they said Casey's had to call on my behalf and all I got was rude and don't care you ain't getting pizza tonight he told us should have called door dash and solved the issue or for that matter and to keep Casey's a good name sent a pizza don't cost you that much
Pick a different location. This place is only taking walk in orders. Pointless to give the option to order online. Apparently they only have bums working.
The staff was on point last night, Monday the 23rd, both behind the main counter and the pizza counter.The young man behind the main counter offered to cqrry out one of the cases of water that I purchased. Outstanding! And the gentleman making my to go pizza order went above and beyond to make sure I knew that my order was not forgotten. Excellent service across the board! Well done Casey's!
This Casey’s is simply poorly run. They need to drastically improve their hiring. No one is friendly and many employees do not care about their appearance.
Does this look like a pizza to you? I don't understand what goes through your employees heads but fire them. This is not the first time this kind of thing has happened. I ordered a pepperoni PIZZA with jalapenos and pineapple (I know gross, wife's pregnant) and a DIET mountain dew through door dash.
