Saif is the greatest server ever ! (Period) go here to get great service even when he moved from apple bees to applesbees we followed him ! Great service and great food ! As always from this perfect server !

Food is usually great, but car side to go is a joke. Was hung up twice and waited 30 minutes after our pickup time. Not so much as an apology. Definitely understand that places are short staffed but the rudeness of staff was unpleasant.

Inconsistent Food Quality - On recent visit Chicken Wonton Tacos lacked flavor & chicken appeared artificial & must have come from a can. I did not enjoy. Chicken Broccoli Alfredo was dry as was the tasteless breadstick; very disappointing. However a few months ago Fish & Chips were Delicious.

Was seated by host . Watch 3 waitress walk by me never offered or said a thing to me . Host walked by one's. There was four tables and 2 people at the bar. I sat there for 25mins and then got up and walked out . Lazy people they were falling each other around laughing and have a good time . Not one of them including bartender was to busy to at least get a drink order. Don't waste your time people!!!

It was a great dinner for my family! We all ate like kings for about $20/person and that is with me getting desserts and a fantastically huge margarita! The place was clean, service was great and there wasn't a single issue with a meal or anything! Wonderful visit! ?????

Honestly, I wish I could give negative stars.. Nayeli, my waitress, is the pure reason for this.It took FOREVER for her to check on my table.. she bought no eating utensils, no straws and messed up our order.. and the list of complaints goes. She also miserably failed at communication.. I was thoroughly disappointed..

Good was good, our server was not friendly or attentive. No refills on drinks, no greeting or checking on us to see how our food was or if we needed anything. Overall unpleasant.

Service was less than exceptional. When food was served, there was no accompanying silverware, napkins or basic condiments. Had to request these items twice! Second consecutive visit to this location where this occurred. Thankfully, the food was tasty albeit a little cool when I finally got to enjoy my meal.

I do not hold my server responsible for any of the issues. He was kind and doing the best he could given the situation at this location. I want that known.Ok, first problem - I walked into a restaurant mostly vacant with perhaps 7 tables occupied and a handfull of people at the bar. The hostess who took 5+ minutes to greet us then told us we'd have to wait ten minutes. I asked why, and she told me due to staffing levels. Note - we were seated once she finished organizing the menus, and no one had actually left the restaurant.Once we got to the table, we ordered the Classic Combo appetizer. The cheese was hard and cemented to the spinach dip, we were never given plates to share the appetizer, and there was no salsa or dipping sauce for the quesadillas. I had to ask for plates, and it took a good 7 minutes for them to be delivered. When we ordered our meal, I asked for a side of ranch. The food was delivered with no ranch. I asked for it again. I never received it.We were never given additional napkins, and when I ran out of water, I had to go to the bar for a refill as our server was on the other side of the restaurant bussing a table.Again, I do not hold the server responsible for these issues. He was very professional, and I feel like the balls dropped were a result of him having to do too much. The management of this restaurant - or whomever approved these staffing levels, in my opinion, is the main issue. I understand it is a tough job market right now, however, as someone who is also in management, I also know that approving OT for the people that do work, increasing wages, and utilizing staffing agencies for recruitment can help relieve some of these issues. Staff burnout is a very real thing, and if the people that work here are continuously short-staffed, that only increases the problem.Just some advice. Props to you on the hiring decision of the bartender and server. They were both very nice. I would reccomend finding more people before you lose them.

Michelle, the bar keep, was very nice and took great care of my friend and I. My only issue is that they use a blender to make some of their drinks and it is sooooo loud that when she would use it, the conversation had to stop until she was done. I am not a big fan of Applebee's, but this one wasn't so bad ?.
