When we first walked in and looked for a table many were dirty. So after do a quick wipe of one we went to order. The drawer was broken and first we were told they couldn't take orders but then said card only. While trying to order the cashier kept interrupting us to call names and talk to people. After taking longer to order then it should have we went to get drinks only to discover that fountain machine was empty. The last problem was we kept asking for ranch the lady at the register kept giving us bbq sauce. It was just so frustrating. Oh and if you have Wendy's rewards they don't know how to use but are able to take away points without giving you any of the rewards.
So I went into the Wendy's on 23rd St. for lunch and not only were the tables really dirty but the service was very lacking in quality. First the cashier breaks the drawer on the register making it so that they can only accept card payments and then she nor the manager knew how to accept any deals or rewards off of the app. When I went to place my order the cashier kept talking to one of her coworkers which resulted in me having to repeat my order several times and last the damn Dr. Pepper machine ran out of Dr. Pepper. I will never go into this location again. Next time I will either go through the drive thru or go to a different location.
Meh! For that kind of money, you would think the Baconator would be fresh. Just as well go to Five Guys, at least it will be fresh. Same with fries.
I had placed a mobile order and had already paid , proceeded to get to the machine to tell them I have a mobile order. "We don't have anything is our system there's nothing we can do". Despite already paying and waiting in line still nothing was done. Avoid this Location.
Sat in drive through for literally 30 minutes and my order was still wrong. When I went inside to have it fixed, the manager was rude in front of the already waiting customers.
The new Wendy's restaurant in Eudora, Kansas is outstanding and really adds to the community. I appreciate the effort they made in bringing some excitement to their grand opening with local school bands and officials, not to mention their support of the community through different partnerships and hiring events.We have been to the restaurant several times when it's a little busy in the drive through, and unfortunately I have several times not received the correct food. The majority of the time, however, they are quick and accurate and provide a great option for fast food in town.*Local Tip* The restaurant is located in a brand new development, so all of the roads aren't constructed yet. If arriving from the North or West, turn in behind the Casey's to avoid the stop light.
Cashier was really slow she took along time to take our order. Never wore gloves when handling money and touched everyone's food. My food was bad fries were cold and my burger was gross it was not cooked all the way through so I tossed it. I will never eat here again. The lobby really needed to be cleaned.
Order placed thru Grubhub. Arrived on time. The food was still hot. However, the order was not correct. The 2 chicken sandwiches had no buns, no condiments. The 2 burgers had no condiments. This was NOT what was ordered. When I tried to get the situation remedied, I discovered they make it very difficult to do so. Websites "contact us" link does not work. No one picked up phone at the store and the location closed before anyone did. And Grubhub has no way to contact them in this situation. Grubhubs delivery guarantee only covers late delivery and price matching.
One of those places you just avoid…..reminds me of the BK on 6th street lol the line simply just doesn’t move regardless of time of day or how many people are in line….guarantee it’s got to the point where the managers will just condone people being slow, unsanitary, and not making any actual attempt to get customers orders out….take your business across the street to McDonald’s you’ll be munch more happy
Upom entering the store no staff or management was available. It took 5 mins to attain my Kids Meal. Grabbed a quick bite to eat for the baby. Customer service was -10, Rude management and staff. (DUMB) (LAZY) & (Lousy). Didnt use critical thinking skills or teamwork...
