The cheese dip is killer, fish tacos were amazing, salsa is very interesting and great margaritas!
Great place to go for amazing margaritas! Had the iguana dip to go with it! Also very good! Recommend it!
We went there on a Saturday for a birthday lunch and had a great time! They had fishbowl margaritas as a drink special, they were HUGE! Definitely recommend sharing. I had the fish taco, ala carte, it was a good size flower tortilla and they didn't skimp on the fish. I'm definitely going to have that again! The flavor was amazing. Great service as well, this is definitely a go to if you are in Lawrence.
Very tasty, but with them so busy service was sub-par. The waitress was great though. She was handling the whole bar section along with takeouts. Little much for one person.
I’d give this place zero stars if I could. We were here for over an hour and a half and the restaurant was only half full. Had to ask twice for our appetizer. Took over forty five minutes to get our food. Nobody refilled our water. Our waiter flat out ignored us unless we flagged him down. 0/10 do not recommend.
We were met by an extremely rude bartender. We left & went to a different restaurant.
Great food, great drinks, and an even better server. My server was a strapping young man by the name of Dylan. His personable attitude, incredible banter, and kind eyes SOLD me on the Salty Iguana! Without his exceptional service I don't think my day would be as wonderful as it is now. Hats off to Dylan, this fine gentleman deserves the world, and an even higher payrate!

This is one of my favorite happy hour spots. Great specials and consistent service. Particularly Dylan who recognizes me and my friends, and anticipates our choices every time. I feel like a “regular” here and that means a lot!
