Normal status of service. Less than stellar customer service abilities from the staff. Facility was clean and so were the bathrooms. Food service didn't take long and quality was to par.
at approximately 8:50 PM today I arrived at this place to pick up a DoorDash. I parked because it appeared there were customers inside because there was a guy I could see that was not in uniform inside. So I walked through the unlock door and I'm told "the lobby is closed" I said I'm here for a DoorDash.The employee says to his boss "he is here for a DoorDash" and then the special snowflake millennial named Zach stuck his head around the corner and said the lobby is closed so I have to go around.I said if you don't want people in the lobby why don't you just lock your door?which point in time he had a complete typical special snowflake meltdown and threaten to refuse to give me the order even if I did go around which I was willing to do. It just got worse from there.
Love my taco bell, quick service and consistent good Mexican food.
Why is the lobby closed? Got quickly pushed out because they forgot to lock the building while there were 3 employees just standing around. Decided to use the drive-through and employees inside were cussing.
Spent $37 On Taco Bell and They got 3/4of the order wrong. They were in a hurry to close early at five or 6 PM on a Wednesday ordered three chicken Chalupa‘s no lettuce all were packed with lettuce Wife is allergic to lettuce she has food allergies andthere were only three pieces of chicken On each Chalupa.The rest was all lettuce. The shells on the Chalupa’s were hard as rocks and we ordered a crunch wrap for grandson no tomatoes it was full of tomatoes Tried to call back Within 15 minutes of getting my orderwould not answer. They order on the screen when we ordered was correct no one paid attention to the order too worried about leaving early. This was March 9, 2022 between 5 and 6 PM. I did have three soft tacos that were good. I will remember this Taco Bell.
After coming to this Taco Bell for about six months I've noticed some really big red flags with this location. During the day I don’t think you'd ever notice a difference between this location and others, but at night... It closes at random times depending on the evening, they turn off the lights to pretend they are closed to discourage people from coming through the drive thru, they will turn off the lights when you're in the drive thru and will leave. Only reason I go to this taco bell compared to the one further down 6th st is because it's so close to my house.
Went in for lunch with my wife and children. We have medical exceptions for not wearing marks yet we still told we must leave. I mentioned to the man behind the counter that exceptions are in place this we are legally allowed to enter and dine yet he refused to listen and said the drive thru is open. He tried to say they would get fined but that is NOT true which is why the exceptions exist in the first place. Two miles away at another TB they understand how the regulations work and aren't rude. Btw.... someone please explain to me how does one eat a taco while wearing a mask?
