The crew was great and the food was great as always it's subway
Ordered through doordash & am not only missing a bag of chips but I ordered the Italian BMT & got this… how PATHETIC & DISGUSTING! All I can taste is the mustard!!! This person obviously didn’t care at all! I will NEVER order from this place again!!!

I just wanted to say thank you for working so hard with a friendly, positive attitude while being the only staff on duty. Businesses have struggled getting people to come back to work due to covid, and you deserve our praise and appreciation for showing up and serving us! Thank you :)
I use to prefer this store until today. Rude customer service. Staffed wanted to argue with me on stupid stuff. The concept of [No, I don’t want my veggies toasted, put them on after] seemed to break their brains. Staff needs to be re-trained.
Employees are nice is about the only thing i can say. Food always tastes old, bread never tastes fresh, more like cardboard.
It's a decent place, and I live nearby so it's extremely convenient for me to grab something to eat, but unfortunately in the past year or so it feels like the quality of the staff has decreased.In my most recent visit there were two young men working (no nametags). The attention paid to both me and the food one of them was preparing was minimal at best as the one prepping my wrap was engaged in conversation and banter with the other for the entirety of the process.That in and of itself didn't bother me too much, but the bigger issue was the way his lack of attention affected his work. He put in ingredients I didn't ask for (pickles), and when I asked if he could remove them he did, but did so with the same amount of care he put into the rest of the process, leaving some of the pickles in the wrap anyways. The way he wrapped the wrap also left much to be desired, as it was already coming apart as soon as I pulled it out.It's a decent place, it's clean, I got my food... but overall, for myself personally, I've had enough mildly negative experiences as of late due to the staff I've dealt with, and it just really isn't worth it for me. I can drive a couple more minutes to save myself aggravation.
Everyone who works here is super nice. The place is always clean. It's never too crowded. Ordering both in person and online work really well. I've never had to wait for my food when I'm picking up.
