There was a guy working that you could tell he really did not like his job.. it was very busy and he was slamming things down and mumbling... made it very intense in there
Horrible service was really mean to my kid -ignored my request for a separate cup and tried to pick an argument l felt harassed and my kid noticed the unpleasant service as well
Enough is enough, 23rd street. I don't like writing scathing reviews of corporate chain businesses due to flux in staff and management, but this Starbucks is embarrassing themselves and their company.If you order from this store, prepare to have your drink made incorrectly.Due to my own associations with the company I am intimately familiar with drink recipes, modifications, barista written shorthand, printed sticker labels, the mobile app experience, and store policies. When I taste a drink from Starbucks I can tell what's in it, especially the difference between the flavor of frap roast versus that of signature espresso. It is extremely insulting to be served a drink with EXTRA frap roast instead of the requested substitute espresso shot (my opinion of the frap roast tasting like dirt and chemicals notwithstanding).Unfortunately, this is not an incidental mistake. It is simply the latest in a long line of transgressions committed by this location against its paying customers. I am of a forgiving nature but I have given too many second chances to this business in the hopes that they may undergo some sort of quality metamorphosis.I am tired of my drinks being made incorrectly. I am sick of my paid customizations being ignored. Drinks of subpar quality should never leave the bar. I don't know how some of the sweetest people can make such greivious errors, but my money's in their pockets and it's betting on poor management, overworking of staff, and undertraining + underpaying their employees.Buyer beware... sometimes you DON'T get what you pay for.
Very well ran and done in unison staff. I highly recommend this location. It has been a pleasure. The person pictured was nice in the beginning but when I needed help she did not assist and was rude afterwards. I did ask for extended help although it was not welcomed the way she treated me after I was in need of the additional help. All other staff was respectful.
Every coffee I order here is consistently made to how I want it. Many locations rush the orders, and this one always pays attention to each order and it shows.

I hate Starbucks for their leftist politics. I have a gift card I am using up, but they get none of my money. There's plenty of good coffee around.
Typical starbucks. Drive thru line is always long but moves decently quick. Staff is friendly and I've luckily never had my drink ordered messed up. I appreciate reliable service and quality
I thought all the workers were great and kind! But the drink quality is so low. This is right next to my house and so convenient but I cannot continue to go here if I’m not getting my money’s worth
This is ONLY for the Mass St. Store, all others I've only had rude customer service. I only go to Mass St now.It's so convenient to order and it's waiting by the time you get there! This makes the morning run so much more smoothly when I get my daughter breakfast before school. The food is way better and healthier than McDonald's, etc for the same price.Don't forget the coffee! She gets breakfast and the Pink Drink (full of strawberrys, healthy and YUM ?), and I get my Frappuccino. Always friendly at the one on Mass! ?You guys! Lifesavers!
