Understaffed. Half price shake promotion almost killed them. One car hop the night of a promotion. There was a 20 min wait once you got answered after 5 or so minutes. The manager did personally come out and handle orders so it's clearly just a staffing issue. I've been here many times and had a decent experience.

I've left the Sonic three times without getting my order because they are so slow. Do not come to the Sonic.

This is a great place to eat. The carhops are fast and friendly. The food is always fresh and hot. Remember to tip the carhops; they work hard, rain or shine!Update: We are customers a few times a week. Sonic, as I stated before, is usually great. I had a bad experience a couple days ago though.Our order was incorrect.The food was very much overcooked, tasted of old oil and was cold when we got it. We did not discover this until we had already left the restaurant. We ended up having to throw most of the meal away.Sonic is more expensive than most fast food burger places. But is normally, to us, worth the extra bit because of the food quality, over-all taste, and the great service. Just not this time.I sincerely hope this was just a one time slip up. One bad experience won't make us stop frequenting Sonic. But if it becomes a pattern, it will be a problem.

Always missing something or sodas are always lacking syrup, multiple tasteless drinks. Tried to tell them and they ignored me. Could've just been a my bad let me fix it, but now it's a review.

An entire row of their screens/menus do not work and they have never fixed the issue. I pulled into three different stalls and each one was broken.

No wonder this is a 3.9 star place evertime you go there no food.. looking at oder board get what I want then go to sonic app to order.aftrr they take my money come out and tell you the promotion ended yesterday I have to call corporate to get my money back what is wrong with this world ppl don't care about customers anymore..I called the store to get nothing we can do for you good luck in getting your money back...... never again

I ordered a double bacon cheeseburger combo, the bacon was burnt, and the tots were cold. I also noticed that this location does not give the receipt with the store number on it for people to do their surveys.

Burgers were average. Hadn't eaten Sonic food in months so I forgot to ask them to make the burger patty a nit more crisp. (personal preference) It was cooked standard witch was expected. The car hop was exceptionally polite, maintained social distancing while preforming his job effectively. A+

It's a good Sonic. Service is fine, prompt, consistent. It seems like half of the monitors don't work, but other than that it's fine.
