Just got food and I couldn’t even get my receipt Nor a single word from my carhop. I was going to ask for some ranch but dude threw my food at me and walked away without saying a word. Disrespectful and not friendly. Absolutely the worst service I’ve ever received here.
We ordered through the app and didn't get our food until 55 minutes afterwards. We pressed the order button 3 different times to ask where our food was. Eventually asked for manager. Food came out cold. Asked them to remake it or give a refund. 55 minutes to wait for app order is not good. We won't be back to Sonic on 6th St.
Pulled up...hit the button to order....someone's mic turns on to answer...then nothing for 5 minutes.....push the button 2 more times only to hear thru the speaker that the person is heading to charge their Vape in their car......car pulls up next to us....they hit the button ....someone takes their order....I leave at this point....nevermind Sonic, we'll go somewhere else.
Nothing like a big, cold, diet cranberry limeaid to help me get through errands. Always quick (this location). Car hop was friendly. We love their ice. Bonus: 1/2 price beverage happy hours!
The only place I go for ice cream, if only the made old fashioned banana splits. Regardless good food, fast service, outstanding customer service. The system was down but their staff was out there taking orders old school paper n pencil.
They no longer had some of the menu items I dearly love, but that's happening about everywhere, so over all, what I did purchase I was completely satisfied with!
Had to return orders repeatedly for the poor quality of chicken. Its all breading no actual chicken. I complained about it 2 years ago and since then nothing has changed,,, i dont even use sonic anymore because of this.
The food and service I used to consistently receive. I rarely carry cash and wish there was a way to tip good service. The young man who brought my food was delightfully engaging. I appreciated him not providing the obligatory drop off of food and dashing off. I will do better about getting the names for next time.
Worst service ever. There was nothing super about the supersonic burrito. Looked like a burrito off the dollar menu at taco bell. The toys were old and hard and way too salty. Called to give feedback and nobody would answer the phone. I wouldn't answer either if I dishes out garbage like that. Waste of money.
Always consistent, with fast friendly service and fast hot food. My go to place when I need a quick bite.
