Love their pizza. They just don't have dine in at this location.
We had pizzas delivered or carryout for over 28 years here in Lawrence, KS. The Pizza hut on 23rd street has always been our "Go To Pizza place" because they are consistently good and reasonable. As fast foods keep going up, Pizza Hut always beats the competition. We always try to use the specials or coupons. They still make the best "thin and crispy" crust on the market. Keep up the great job 23rd Street Pizza Hut. Your team is the best of the best!
This place is a joke don’t go too! I ordered pizza last week showed up and told me that order was picked up earlier and I’m like no I’m sitting right here. Manager told me would refund my card here we are a week later no refund! What a bunch of lairs!
The guys at the drive through are always kind and professional. We drive a little farther to have the service this location provides.
Food quality was nice and the delivery was quick even with the bad road conditions. Driver followed all instructions and made the whole order easier.
I ordered extra meat on the pork sausage thin crust large pizza and was very disappointed with the amount of meat on the pizza!!! Paying the full amount for extra and getting the same amount as regular amount is very very disappointing!!!!
Pizza size is shrinking. Having to add extras to achieve good ratio of ingredients to crust.
Ordered a stuffed crust meat lover. The pizza crust was not right. Don't know if it was old left over dough or not refrigerated correctly but it was really thin and tough to chew. Had a weird texture to it to. Only ate a slice and a half. Called the restaurant went to a machine twice. 3rd time finally got through to someone and had an akward conversation about it. Although he apologized I didn't get the feeling they were interested in solving this problem, so I gave up. Very disappointed.
The driver was really nice. The food was fresh. They got the order to me quickly. Definitely a great experience.
We did not receive our pizza on time, then driver only showed up with wings at first and had to go all the way back to the store to get our re-made order, which made my 4 kids have to wait even longer to eat. Also one of our pizzas was missing a topping
