Wow going to eat at Perkins is like a whole experience. They have so many food options to choose from whether it be breakfast, lunch, dinner and even fresh bakery options all at once. The food was amazing, our server was kind and professional, facility is large enough for small and large group events and most of all the prices are affordable. “I look forward to visiting here again.”

I used to go to Perkins as a kid and I remembered it being a “family feel” type place. It lost that, over the years.. I never really ate there after that.. BUT …? Saturday, my friend and I went, as he loves Perkins and eats there often. I was completely, blown away, by how much it’s turned around. The service was top notch and she was amazing! Ke-ita, was outstanding! She remembered everything, went above and beyond! Really took the time to care about use and made sure that we had everything we wanted and perfectly. I couldn’t believe it.. she would always look over and check to see if we were happy or if we needed anything. The food was really outstanding! I ordered the eggs ? Benedict and crispy hash browns! It was the best I’ve had! The English muffin had a nice crispy edge and just melted into the ham and benedict.. man!! I really appreciated that “old family feel” and the new manager has made it just that! He’s really turned this place around and knows what it takes to make things how it should be. The place was packed like it used to be years ago. I will be back! Worth every penny! I’m so happy to have been treated with that old time vibe and to have enjoyed a great meal. A+ what a wonderful experience!!

Dirty table, dirty glasses, dirty coffee urn. Everything was gross. Food was ok. 2 stars because I wish I could rate our server separately she was great. Everything else was pretty trash.
Service was great food was okay. Nothing to write home about. Nothing spectacular. I remember when Perkins used to be amazing back in the 90s when most of their Foods were prepared fresh. I had the chicken fried steak. Said good money for it but it was just a Frozen brick of breaded meat thrown in a fryer. Not this location's fault. They just do what corporate tells them to do and provides them. The menu does imply that the chicken fried steak is fresh when they say hand-breaded but it's anything but fresh. Tastes like what you can get from a TV dinner at a fraction of the cost. Like I said the service was good the place was clean very nice environment let the food quality needs room for improvementI would give one star but the plate presentation, cleanliness and the service made up for the subpar food quality
The Lawrence Perkins is a very enjoyable place. It's always clean, neat and the layout is very spacious and open, even when they are busy.I really like the food. They truly have something for everyone.Smaller, local restaurants bring the soulful experience, but for a large, national chain, Perkins is great.
Busy, Overpriced and heck unless you are feeding a family of 8, Well your money is better spent staying home with your kids. Hasn’t Everyone Heard That We Have Been In A National Pandemic?
Stopped in Mount Dora FL location. One word "Excellent". Well worth the stop and the money. Had to leave with some delicious muffins. Price was reasonable as well. Great Value!
Even though very busy, waitress and hostess exceptionally pleasant. Cook got my order wrong, but was still good. Waitress said earlier customer very rude to her when his order also wrong and she appreciated my understanding. Why are some people so mean in these situations??
