As i ordered the new take sandwich with garlic crisps and extra sauce, there is no crisps at all on it, Barley any toppings, and to be charged extra and have it delivered is is ridiculous.. plz check your orders before they go out. Other than that. I love the food!
Look, I'm not a fan of Panera and only order it when I'm desperate. The only reason I ordered from there today is because it is one of the few places where I could pickup without having to talk to people, or so I thought. I lost my voice over the weekend and literally cannot talk or project my voice, so when I had to go to the pickup area to grab my order, I tried to make it clear to the woman working that I cannot talk. I'm currently a server and have plenty of barista experience, and it is pretty obvious when someone is trying to communicate that they cannot speak. Maybe she's still new, but I had to point to the only ready to-go order sitting there waiting for me and the woman rolled her eyes. Not to mention when I first stood by the to-go area the worker at the bakery couldn't even bother to project her voice to let me know that the to-go area isn't where they leave orders now. Why not put up a sign?Anyway, I have low expectations for Panera to begin with, especially since they're all underpaid and miserable, but still. That was atrocious and left me angry.
There was an issue with door dash and my order was cancelled. When I called the restaurant they were very helpful in getting it reordered and delivered successfully. Super friendly!
I have never had an issue with this location but am curious if your allergen information is available for the public to view IN STORE? It was brought to my attention that at this specific location there may be an issue with this. Allergen information should never be “hidden” from a customer. That then becomes a matter of life or death for some
Ordered a scone to go and the lady tried to charge me 20+ dollars for one scone! I asked her 23 for one scone and she said yes, it's high because of price changes. I canceled my order and left. Complete rip off!!
I eat at this location regularly with my mother and mother in law. However, tonight my husband and I stopped in for a late dinner, there was no chicken noodle soup, I believe I was overcharged for a half sandwich. We waited for 15 min. and we were the only in store order, when we went to check, the girls in back were on their phones. I ordered iced tea and when I went back for a refill, the container was sitting on the counter so I couldn't use it. When I asked if someone could help me, I was told they were cleaning up so I was just out of luck. Very disappointing all around.
I like to have a coffee at this place and spend some time to read a book or hand out with a friend. The food is always fresh and yummy. The only problem is that Panera’s brewed coffee, most of the times is not hot! It’s not this branch’s problem, all of them are like this.
Absolutely fabulous. There was a mistake from yesterday and I was treated like royalty. The manager was sweet gave me time to process my thoughts. Just happy all around.
Great food great ppl.Edit: 2/5/22Went in with my boyfriend and noticed these two guys (father and son) a head of us and I said quietly to my bf that they are not wearing masks. The two men approached the counter and the cashier said something I could not pick up then Dan the GM ask them of they could wear masks the men said no, so the GM told then they could not serve them, so they left. Dan is the first GM / person I have seen to turn ppl away while we are in a mask mandate. Thank you. You will forever have a loyal customer because I feel safe in your establishment.-The Grinch
do NOT order online. they do NOT care about online orders whatsoever, my house is right down the road and I still tip decently, paid $20 for a half sandwich that was MOSTLY bread. the time before this was the same thing but the food was also barely assembled. sad, I typically enjoy Panera but this location obviously cares little to none about their food quality.
