My husband went to this Panda on the 4th of July around 4:30 PM. A woman helped him. She was the only female in the place. My husband saw the chow mein was very low. He politely told her he would wait until the fresh chow mein was ready. She gave him attitude. Wow. I also didnt get teriyaki sauce on my teriyaki chicken(it comes with it for its teriyaki chicken). Bad customer service from the woman. I'll never go back there. Awful. If she doesnt like her job, there are many other jobs out there.
I took my two daughters to have dinner at the Rude express and was accosted by the server who was standing next to the manager behind the food trough where I tried to ask him what were the required entrees to choose from as he mumbled under his mask the unclear criteria as she glared at me with angry eyes behind her .ask. I finally locked eyes with her and asked if this was a staring contest. She continued to glare right at my eyes and said nothing for at least 10 more seconds before she finally flinched and jersey her head away. When the manager began to sloppily fill my plastic container with his bare hands some food hit his fingers and bounced off into my food or the serving tray. I finally told the lady as she rang us up and said the total that I knew she could talk and how utterly rude she was and asked who the manager was. She pointed to her accomplice. So I went back over to him and explained all this to him. But then as we were getting our drinks to leave she was over whispering in his ear. So I said loud enough for the one other customer to hear that I will never bring my children to such an unsanitary and terribly rude establishment.
Food is ok when fresh. Only half of tables are available due to social distancing. The open ones are usually kind of dirty.
Got there about 25 minutes before they closed. They had an almost a new pan of fried rice so I got it. The rice was cold and hard. As far as the entrées went they had pretty much everything put away besides orange chicken and two other things. The orange chicken tasted as if it wasn’t cooked all the way. The whole order tasted as if it had sat out a while and was old. Very disappointed as I’ve never had a problem with Panda Express before.
The food isn't bad if you are first time experiencing it. I would not say its one of the best places I would like to go everyday. I do like the veggie roll and chicken roll
This was the WORST experience. We ordered food that was not all delivered and when we called to speak to the restaurant they offered to have the food on file that they “owed” it to us and when I said “no I ordered delivery and I would like it delivered”, they HUNG UP on me. Last time panda express, last time.
Decided to take a midday lunch the atmosphere was calm the food looks appetizing and it was hot and fresh the order consisted of two bowls one with orange chicken and fried rice the other with fried rice and sesame chicken with an order of crab raccoons in one chicken eggroll food was awesome and extra sauce was needed
Food has become worse and worse over the past few months. Whoever the young girl and guy were that were working up there need an attitude check. I understand working in those positions probably sucks but no reason to be rude to me.
Came in the store, it was empty didn’t have a mask, asked if they had any was told with attitude no and was told to use my shirt. Struggled with this gave up and left. The girl behind the counter was rude and has no customer service skills. Very disappointed in this location. Also called customer service phone number and was on hold for 30 mins and still waiting. I understand safety and I was willing to comply. I am sorry I didn’t have a mask, this happens frequently where customers need a mask or don’t have one. I suggest the store getting masks for customer use.
This ONE STAR (should be 0 if I could) goes to Juliana M. (We purchased our meal at 6:20 on 2/17/22) She single handedly ruined our meal with her attitude. When we came in she was rude to tell us to wear our mask (it could have been asked nicer) we were more than capable and complying. Then I asked for sweet & sour sauce and she gave me the packets??? I NEVER have EVER gotten the packets and I checked with the Olathe pandas express and they stated they have the sweet and sour cups so why did I get the packets from this store when I didn’t ask for it? Then she rushed me to ask if I needed anything else and I said no but I was waiting on my partner and then as we were leaving he asked for some chopsticks and she was like “it’s not in the bag?” ….So we checked the bag in front of her and said no and she gave it to us with an attitude. I tried calling this store to speak with a manager but of course no one answered (even after 4 consistent calls in a row) but hey the Panda Express in Olathe answered in the first ring not sure why this location doesn’t. But yea. Thanks Juliana M. Hope we don’t run into you again. YIKES!
