So good, good hosts. One of my favorite pizza places in Lawrence, Kansas.
Not a bad pizza, I prefer things crust, pizza is like BBQ everyone has an opinion. It is worth trying lots of options and good Cheese Garlic bread sticks for appetizer.
I came to Lawrence from the Bronx NY. Let me tell you, this is NOT New York pizza. Just because they use gimmicky names all over the place like NYPD, phogetaboutit, etc don't make them New York. Pizza was over priced and not guud. Disappointed in this place. Thought I found a getaway here in Lawrence that feels like home. Phogetaboutit ....
The Pizza was great! We got the Meat Pie and we loved it. Cheese curds were great too, crispy outside and cheesy inside! Good place to bring the whole family!
Nice atmosphere and good waitstaff. I ordered the everything thin crust single slice. It was huge and heavenly! Such good generous salads as well. Not rushed but served quickly.
I have never been disappointed. My wife and i love this place. Fresh food, and the owner personally checks on everyone in the restaurant. My wife and i were honored one Sunday slightly before noon to be gifted a menu possibility and it was by far delicious and very very fresh, and generous. In restaurant order and delivery for fresh new food, i only dream i lived closer. Highly recommended to all my friends. I am a very very picky eater, it is delicious...
Recently moved to Lawrence from Texas. Been looking for a great pizza place. We’ve found it! Been here twice now. We get the New York style with pepperoni and the garlic knots. Their ranch is pretty good as well. I wished they delivered though.
My favorite pizza place in town. Probably the best tasting pizza I've had in years.I can count on one hand how many places I've eaten at in the Midwest that has pizza as good as NY/NJ, and Morningstar is absolutely on that list.
Disappointed. $25 for a cold 12 inch pizza that was barely edible. Barely any cheese and mushrooms were microscopic. I wanted to support a local business, but they have to do better. Not a good experience. ?
