Cashier was extremely disrespectful and rude!! Very unpleasant!!! Just go the one on w 6th st if you can help it!!!! Or even better, the one on Iowa St!!!
Hit or miss. Random closing times make no sense. McDonalds should always be 24/7. Long waiting time if you go at the wrong time at a random point of the day.Friendly staff overall. Food still tastes good. But sometimes rushed employees make mistakes on certain orders.
I ordered a simple breakfast for $8.99. I also requested delivery by Uber Eats. When everything was tallied up, the total bill was about $20.00. I will not use uber eats again for food delivery.
Good works deserves good recommendation, I appreciate the effort of Mrs Jane Bradley for helping me managed my trading account. 1030 am ordered 2 decaf coffees inside. Took about 15 minutes to get these. Seems like McD is more focused on drive through orders, both this store & the one at 6th & Michigan.
Great food. These poor people seem a little understaffed but despite that they were very nice.

It should never take 20 min after walking in the door to get 2 cheeseburgers and a small fry. Esp at 315 in the afternoon with no one in front of me . They did have doordash orders and drive thru but my food was not even more than warn , just not effecient at all
Employees are lacking in attention then when you try and correct them they will get very snarky especially at the drive thru, and when I got home I didn’t even get the fries I had ordered after getting a snarky “ya that’s there” from the girl at the window
They close their lobby at night whatever time they want to and it's at different times. Sometimes it's as early as 8:15 pm, or 8:30 pm or 9 pm, or 9:30 but they never leave it open anymore until 10 pm like they used to. It obvious they do what they want regarding this. A few nights ago, they closed their lobby at 8:15 pm but when a group students appeared at the door around 8:45 pm wanting to come in, they reopened the lobby and let them come in, order and dine in and after they left (around 9), they locked the lobby doors again and clearly catered to what these students wanted but won't do that for regular customers who are not students but would have kept the lobby closed for these people. It's obvious night management caters to and prefers students and doesn't care what the rest of us non-student customers think. When I inquired about this, I was told that when they start breaks around 8:15 pm they lock the lobby. This may be so, but once they lock the lobby doors (even at 8:15 or 8:30), they don't reopen it for the rest of the night, unless (I noticed) a group of students appear and want to come in and then they'll reopen the lobby for them -- but they won't do this for regular nightly customers who are not students. This is discriminatory, and disrespectful to the latter, and I wonder if they're suppose to lock up the lobby up before 10 and whatever time they want to, even as early as 8:15 pm sometimes.
