Staff is very courteous and knowledgeable of the food and drink items served here. Fast and friendly service. Staff also remembers customers and are very polite. Definitely woul recommend this McDonald's to anyone.
I don’t usually eat McD. This was good. The black lady was friendly to us and went overboard to keep my family happy. The staff was elderly and really welcomed us in even though we were outoftowners.
Very long lines…two drive thru lanes forced into one pay and pickup is very awkward as people inch forward out of turn and don’t understand how to ZIPPER MERGE. You simply need ONE drive thru lane, with room so as to not block 6th eastbound.Great fries though!
I went to have lunch in the dining area and immediately left because there was a gentleman talking so disruptively I lost my appetite. This is my third trip to this location and every single time I've stopped by this guy has been loitering there. This needs to be addressed because you're going to lose business because of him. Like my business..... Never stopping here again
You cannot use the McDonald's app inside this store. There's no service inside the building for my TMobile phone, which gets 5 bars all throughout town. I have asked for management on three (3) separate visits to alert them of this seemingly large issue as corporate wants you to engage with the reawrds program as it will hopefully bring you back. It's simply a mega inconvenience to have to go back outside to refresh the app to view the deals or retrieve your code. You get in others way while doing so and lose your spot in line. I drove myself there, I'm not looking at the app on my drive there. McDonald's is never THE destination but when you end up there you expect to be able to use the rewards system without issue. The issue here lies within this location specifically. With the amount of times I've notified them I would assume that others have as well. My notices/suggestions were delivered in person over the span of a month and a half. Never was it fixed.I truly don't think the owner of this location wants you to use the rewards system.
I discovered this restaurant last year and I go almost everyday since! The burgers are so consistent with flavor and juice. The potato fries are popping with flavor and I love them. I feel like this is a healthy alternative to fast food!
This is the McDonald's where I feel the most at ease, albeit I'm not sure why. The employees have always been pleasant and helpful. They aren't perfect, but every time I've had an issue, which is usually from my daughter who orders everything special, they've always remedied it fast and without a bad attitude, which I haven't had at the other McDonald's in town.
They ALWAYS forget something in my meal, so I pay for something and EVERYTIME I don’t get it and when I ask for a refund they use the excuse or “our headsets aren’t working right” then give me what I ordered, when I worked there before I know for a fact there headsets work just fine.Do NOT order here this is the 12th time (I’ve been counting) that they have done this, If your looking for a full meal then look elsewhere
Worst mcdonald's iv been to in years week after week of incompetence. The latest order was the one that broke the camels back. I did a mobile order, and they gave me three items none over them correct. The meals I received were all under the value of my order. They refused to do anything about it. Terrible service constantly don't go here!!!
We always go to this location because its close and convenient, tonight was the worst service we have ever had.My double quarter pounder patties were not cooked all the way through, we ordered my sons happy meal with no pickle no onion and its full of onions, we asked for extra fries instead of apple slices because the apple slices are gross and didn't get those either.We gave our order and had to repeat it multiple times and by the time we got to the pay window it was still wrong. We thought we had it figured out then get to the window to get our food and they tried to give us a bunch of drinks we didn't order but i think we were charged for, by this point we were done. I don't know whats going on in there tonight but they have to get it together. Food poisoning is not a great thing to give your customers.
