After leaving chili's due to seemingly careless staff, i called to order a salad. Staff was polite and professional on the phone. When I got there to pick it up I added a sandwich to my order and again, staff was courteous and professional. Good stuff is hard to find and don't get enough positive feedback so kudos to this team and thanks to the manager for takin his time to talk to me about just that. Great group of people.
The staff was very accommodating and pleasant. Order was received promptly. Travis was very attentive to our requests.
The food and service were good. It’s a nice McAlisters. Been here a couple times when I’m town.
I order from McAlister's a lot and am generally pretty happy (solid sandwiches, good chili). Tonight I received this "cookie" and I just have to laugh. It's free ( for spending a certain amount), so at least I didn't pay for it but it does make me wonder about the care that goes into handling the food. Also, it's frustrating that plastic was wasted to pack this, I don't know who would touch a cookie that appears to be partially eaten.
ordered pickup of a half french dip sandwich and a bowl of soup. my sandwich wasn’t bigger than a cracker pack and only had one piece of meat in it, extremely disappointed and definitely not worth the money
i thought the chicken Caesar wrap was supposed to come with caesar dressing, at least in manhattan they do. also this is supposed to be cut in half. garbo job for a place i thought had a higher reputation
Don’t waste your time if you’re not dining in. Only once have I ordered carry-out or delivery with no issues. I’ve received salads with no dressing or the wrong dressing (received ranch for a Caesar salad) as well as no plastic cutlery when ordering carry-out. Ordering delivery I once received soup that was placed in the bag upside down and got all over everything. They tried to blame it on the DoorDash Driver who isn’t even allowed to open the bag when they receive it from the store. The only reason they get 2 stars is because the service and food are good any time I have dined in. Other than that it’s not worth the price, as it’s going to be messed up every time.
Salad was all greens. Very little chicken or avocado. Too expensive for what I got.
Last time I went to mcalister's deli it was for a half sandwich and cup of soup and I ordered it to go and it was so bad I had to return it and get my money back, I reported this experience to their corporate so I will wait and see if it makes any improvement in the operation of the restaurant
It's honestly way overpriced for what it is, and with their staffing shortages, it's def not worth the wait either.
