My daughter and I ordered the street tacos and they are delicious. Everything was very fresh and the rice was delicious I dare to say better than San Francisco rice even.My daughter said it is a cute neighborhood, nice place to hang out and kill some time.
Maybe it was the day. Service was poor, wait in half empty eating establishment, finally seated, waited on menus. Lady was very pleasant, but.. food arrived cold and undercooked. Salsa was very bland and chips were stale.. I will try again, as it could have been that day.. but, this visit was very underwhelming.
I haven’t been back in many years, their location is different again but their food is still just I remember it! Fantastic!!!! The whole family enjoyed their food also.
One of the best Mexican restaurants around! Really chill atmosphere with the freshest guacamole, a great patio space and the best margaritas in town. Never afraid to try new dishes here because everything is amazing!
This place is always absolutely delicious! I’m surprised there aren’t many people there every time we go. The street tacos are by far the best we have found in town (or anywhere for that matter). They even have a great vegetarian selection and the veggie tacos are to die for!!! They definitely deserve more business.
La Parilla is a long-time favorite in downtown Lawrence. The food is consistently delicious and fast. The employees are friendly and willing to go the extra mile. It's a great spot to sit outside, sip a margarita, and people watch.
So amazing. Their rice bowls are my favorite and their customer service was on point. Took leftovers home and it was just as tasty heated up.
My first time eating here and everything was absolutely amazing. The employees were nice as well as the food and scenery. Didn't take long for our order to come.
We visited La Parilla during Lawrence Restaurant Week for their portobello and roasted poblano empanada and finished with a side of churros with chocolate and caramel sauce. They have a great selection of beers and spirits. I also really enjoyed their house made reaper sauce. They should bottle it and sell it! The day was beautiful and we were able to enjoy this meal out on their spacious patio. Service was great and the food was even better. I highly recommend visiting!
