Forgot the side item. Didnt offer the 6 dipping sauces that were supposed to be included with our family order. Chicken strips were so dry. Very disappointed.
Kentucky fried CHICKEN, a restaurant that specializes in cooking chicken food, doesnt have any chicken! Imagine that! KFC needs to get their franchisee in check apparently. Never have I seen a restaurant in Lawrence so badly trashed and yet they never fix it
We got family meal, and the chicken was burnet,greasy and still pink inside!! Horrible. Mac/cheese, fries, mash potatoes,.were fine.
Not happy. Food was good but we didn't get what we ordered. The cashier wasn't trsined well. She couldn't get our order correct even when it was repeated several times. Couldn't make change. We'll go back but not if she's running the ordering & register.
Absolutely love the food and the staff all is wonderful and I'd give them a 100 star rating if I could love KFC in Lawrence it's the best!!!!!!!!!
From what I could see from my car, through the drive-through window was no gloves and no hair nets and so I got this hair with meal very upset that this happened won't be Goin back here until they make some changes. (Two thumbs down)
They mess up my order and forgot my mash potato and the famous bowl. I paid a lot for this dinner for mother's day and they ruin it. Stop talking to you friends at work and focus on the customers order! Never going back here again!
This was my last KFC meal. I always go back expecting everything to be well made, hot and fresh but it never is any more. Either the biscuits are dry and hard or, like this time, the chicken was dry and past its serve time. Just bad food. And any semblance of healthy went away with the green beans. I won't go back.
I arrived at 9:50PM on Friday April 8th to be told at the drive-thru that the restaurant closed at 9:45.My business is going elsewhere.
I felt sorry for the boy Sebastian that helped us. He was trying to wait on customers up front, straighten out orders that were messed up for pickup and be the peacemaker for angry customers. He said they were understaffed today.
