While COVID numbers are at their absolute lowest they are now refusing to serve w/o a mask at the register...But we can sit maskless at a table literally 3 feet away. Was a regular. Done with this location and their theater.

My sandwich last night was horrible ? I don't know why I continue to go to this jimmy Johns because my order is never right. I would love to send them a picture of my sandwich last night. I DO have one if the manager would like to see it.I ordered at 9:15 for reference and told them to wait till 9:45 to make it. The sandwich was so soggy it fell apart in my hands. It was COVERED in oil. I used to manage a jj and this is completely not okay. The sandwich WAS WARM so obviously they made it when I ordered it and did not wait until close to pick up time. I live 3 min away so that didn't contribute to it. So in the end I got no sandwich thx
Delivery always takes over 20 mins. Do not expect to get what you want unless you go in the store and watch them make it. Multiple times I have had to call and remind them that I had an order. Worst JJ iv been to I hate that I live in there area!!
I ate a sub from Jimmy John’s on kasold and got food poisoning. I have been sitting on the toilet in excruciating pain for the past 6 hours. Stay away!!!!
Forgot to cut the sandwich in half. Otherwise the sandwich and the service were as expected for my favorite sandwich shop!
service is great. people are wonderful. the in-shop with the blue hair is always so polite and sweet (i think i’ve got myself a little crush!) food is always prepared freaky fast with the most freshest ingredients! will continue to throw my money at this place.p.s. the new cookies are BOMB!!!!!

Jimmy John's subs are consistently good across all the local locations.We chose this store because our usual location was out of bread. At 6 p.m. on a Thursday. How does that even happen?Anyway, no big deal. We ordered online so it would be ready by the time we drove across town. Twenty minutes later, our order still shows in the app as not ready. So we hang out in the car a bit. After another 20 minutes, we see the staff inside just standing around, so we go in. One guy was slicing meat, so didn't see us come in. That's fair. Another staff guy was getting a drink, saw us, and kept filling his cup. The third guy was on his phone and had no idea we were there. I was curious how long it would take, so just waited. After several minutes, the drink guy finally went over and told phone guy we were there.Turns out our food had been ready for a long time-- long enough for the bread to get soggy. They just hadn't marked it done in the system. I take half the blame for the soggy bread since I relied on the app instead of going in to check. But the customer service really wasn't up to par. I don't expect much from minimum-wage sandwich shop workers, but a bit more than this.How you do one thing is how you do everything. If you give zero f--ks about customer service, I don't trust you to care about being clean or making my food right and safely.Three stars because the food is consistently decent-- even when the bread gets soggy, it still tastes good. Minus two stars for customer service.
