U order a drink online and you are charged 2 dollars for basically a cup that is full of ice and a bit of Coke with it. Just called the store to make sure I get an answer for that and was told this is how they do it at Jimmyjohns! Just made me feel frustrated
Hours online say open till 10, drove 35 minutes got there at 9:40 and the door was locked. A couple guys inside shake their heads chatting like they're talking about how they're not opening the door. Waste of time.

I am amending my original review, as I was reviewing the attitude of a single individual employee and not the quality of the sandwiches etc. The sandwiches were the quality that I have come to expect from JJ, and my daughter always insists that we go anytime we are near! If you are a JJ fan and you're on Mass st in Lawrence, definitely stop in!"I realize that COVID has everyone on edge, however the rudeness of a single employee was a bummer"
Freaky friendly, freaky fast, freaky good!This particular branch always has great employees ready to serve and to help. I've made good friends here, and I plan to continue to stop by and get a sandwich whenever I crave. Two thumbs up!!
