I've been here several times. Love the food. But, you create your own. So if you don't, it's on you! Lol. Staff is always helpful. Great experience!
Good food. Loved the ambience. We had buffet(hibachi). Had quite a number of choices in sauces and salads. We paid around 15.99 per head.
There was only enough staff to handle 1/4 the people trying to eat. The food wasn't too bad but trying to get your drink refilled, won't happen.
My daughter had some noodles left on her plate. I asked for a to go box and was told they don’t do to go boxes on the buffet. That’s fine, I already had a to go box from an order I had placed to take home. I said I would dump the noodles in that. The manager proceeded to tell me he would take the plate from me before he would let me do that. He then accused me of stealing the noodles when I dumped them in the box. My daughter went through the line once. Had maybe a cup of noodles left on her plate and wanted them for lunch tomorrow. She didn’t take extra, the first time around. Was just full. How is it stealing food she had already been eating from? Food that was going to the trash? My server was amazing and apologetic for Mile Scoville’s behavior as he was checking me out. I felt bad for him and tipped him extra. I wish I had his name as he did his job well.This was the Manhattan Huhot but I see no option to delete.
As a vegan and vegetarian couple it's nice to have an all you can eat place with clearly labeled selection and a good selection of food on top. Go to place when we have a bottomless stomach!
traveled for a volleyball tournament and this place was close to our hotel. I have missed eating here. always great food.
Delicious food and great atmosphere.
They cooked the food longer, this visit, which put more crust/browning on it. This improved it a lot. Kinda missed the water chestnuts from the menu...but I know that supply chain issues are out of their control. In case someone from HuHot is reading...I would really like to see shrimp on the menu.
Even though there website says they don't take reservations we went ahead and called ahead a week prior to make reservations for a large party and they took our info down and made a reservation for 630 on a Saturday. Got there and was notified that they didn't have our reservations and it would be an hour wait. No apology no attempt to remedy the situation
The food was delicious! The atmosphere was fantastic! We had a blast at this all you can eat Mongolian Barbecue and tried several new things. We also had a blast with the other customers, especially the very young (maybe 2 or 3 year old) little boy next to us who took a liking to us! It was an exciting and fun time for us all! Give it a try, the place was clean, we'll stocked and we'll staffed, always a plus!
