So I ordered delivery from Eatstreet fir $90 and it never got delivered. When I called the restaurant 30 minutes past time they said yes they got order and were waiting on driver to pick up. I had to go get it myself. When I got there it was sitting on a shelf and COLD. I asked what they were going to do about it...they said it wasn't their fault too bad for me. No refund, no re-cook no nothing. They should have called either me or Eatstreet 15 minutes after it was ready and no driver had shown up. Plus the girl was pretty "snippy" with me, like I didn't have a right to be upset - rude!
Went for a quick dinner the atmosphere was calm and the customer service was great the order consisted of 10 wings the flavors were garlic Parmesan and strawberry we had an order of french fries and a kids meal of chicken tenders with fries. The food was hot and fresh can’t wait to go back didn’t even take pictures.
Used to love this place. Just disappointed in the vibe when we got in. Was a bit depressing. Food was average but got Exactly what we ordered so they was good
If I could have given zero stars I would have. This place is just disgusting. My husband and I ordered the KC strip steak entree (medium rare) with a chicken noodle soup as a side. The soup comes out COLD. No biggie we just trade it out for a salad. Our steaks come out and they are rock hard and dry (EXTRA WELL DONE). Waiter agrees and sends it back and we get a completely RAW STEAK! Crazy part is my husband said that would happen. We ended up just leaving the plates there and going somewhere else to eat. I definitely would not recommend. The staff was also super rude and inconsiderate about the overall situation. For the price point, it’s definitely not appetizing. I would have rather had golden coral, AND I HATE that place !
Their chicken fried steak, mashed potatoes with country gravy and garlic green beans are a real treat!
My gf and I are gluten free (she's celiac) and we were pleasantly surprised when we found this place. I called them and asked about gf and they were very knowledgeable and proud of their process. We decided to give it a try and we're not disappointed at all. Their garlic parm chicken with gf breading is absolutely divine and they have a dedicated fryer for gf. My gf didn't even feel the normal discomfort that comes with eating fried food. We will definitely return. Thank you for the wonderful experience.
Great food for the price. The special was 12 oz strip steak w/ 2 sides for $12 - can't beat that.
Ordered nachos. Had a burger. Food was not good. Service was ok. Beer was cold. Nachos were cold at the center and chewy with grease. Will not be back at this location for awhile. Hamburger was ok. Chicken strips were so dry she took it off the bill. It was a sorry dinner.
