Got delivery, they forgot the salad, so I called & the guy on the other end of the line was very apologetic & said they'd get a salad to me in 30-45 mins. The driver must've just forgotten to leave it because I got the salad maybe 15-20 minutes later & it was pretty warm. Ok, no biggie. Problem is, the salad dressing must've been ancient - it tasted like rancid oil. Ugh.Salad problems aside, the pizza was bland & had almost no sauce. The cheese sticks were alright, at least.
This used to be our favorite place until we came in at 8:48 on a Friday night and found out from the loud and rude manager that our pizza wouldn’t even be done baking by 9:00 pm when they close. Sorry not sorry we didn’t realize you close at 9:00 on a Friday night. Your rude comments about how “it’s been a night” in front of your customers wasn’t welcome. The hours on your window state 10 pm. The tiny note the manager pointed out on the window wasn’t adequate. Your whooping and hollering when we were walking out the door wasn’t welcome either. We won’t be back.
I got the Margarita pizza and it was so good! Still had plenty if grease though.
We've tried pizza from all over Lawrence and this is by far the best.
Glory Days is the best pizza place in the area - and the area is crowded with other good pizza places. That's me saying Glory Days has stuff competition but is still definitely the pizza my family goes for 7 times out of 10. I have not a single bad thing to say about glory days. I am thrilled to live near such a cute little pizza place that makes really incredible pizzas. I have taken on a challenge to try their entire menu. Give me a year and I'll check back in.

The pizza is fine usually but delivery and customer service is severely lacking. Delivery time was supposed to be 60 mins and 2 hours later still no pizza and the store would only say “it’s on it’s way” and that “their system of estimating time is wrong” and that the manager said they were too busy to talk to us.Updated from 2 to 3 stars: the restaurant did reach out after we wrote our review and apologized for the service issues and offered to send us a coupon.
Great pizza, terrible order fulfillment. I've ordered carryout pizza from this location on multiple occasions and have yet to get my order on time. Usually end up waiting 30-45 minutes longer then the promised time. I now just plan on my order being delayed and show up about 15 minutes after promised timed and still end up waiting...
Always very nice and has a very welcoming vibe.
The crust alone will keep you coming back! Doesn't hurt that it's a clean well run shop too.
