They make a tasty burger and have good fries most of the time. Sometimes the burgers can be overly greasy and from time to time the fries could cook a few minutes longer. The staff is friendly and the food is good more times then not. They also give you alot of bang for your buck (FRY ORDERS ARE BIG). For the most part it is a solid place to eat but can be alittle inconsistent in quality.
Juicy burgers- love that any number of toppings are free. I always eat too many fries because they are my FAVORITE (and I waste some because I forget to order small. Truly. You don't have to order large - trust me on this). The shakes were disappointing - so runny they were barely a notch above chocolate milk.
This was the first time in a long time that we have been to Five Guys and it was really pretty good! We just don't eat a lot of this type of food anymore. We got ours to go and brought it home and even after the 15 minute drive home, it was still good! We did have to do a quick reheat in the toaster oven, but we are used to that when we bring food home. Thanks Five Guys, we will be back!
Some of the best burgers in town! Love that you can customize the toppings. I love their thick cut fries. And of course the Coke machine with all the drink choices is a great perk as well.
You have to really make a distinguishing statement that you want A: jalapeno or onion B: grilled or raw. Oh and you can't have your pick from both, it's either A or B and the other is whatever they think they heard. I like this place and the people are nice but be very clear you if you want those on your burger the way you like them. Maybe 4th time is the charm.
Pretty good burgers, but something’s wrong with the fries. They’re unevenly cooked, half of them are burnt (too crispy) . I would rather have a normal sized side of evenly cooked fries than the big pile of whatever fries they give you.
Five guys is great fast food meal( Fresh). Worth every penny.

The person taking my order was very patient & informative, double checking everything on my order to be sure I got exactly what I wanted. They prepare everything fresh, so expect to wait for perfection. The burgers are delicious & the fries actually taste like potatoes.
Great burgers and fries. They give a lot of fries and milkshake. Staff are friendly and understanding. At times, they mess up the order. But they always apologize and remake it when pointed out.
