The food was incredible the best general tso's I've ever had. Incredibly fresh crab Rangoon. They seemed understaffed, service was pretty slow. The only reason for a 4 star review.
Ordered for Delivery and the driver forgot my drink but encore personally delivered it for me! They go above and beyond for their customers and they just gained a new loyal customer! Can’t wait to tell everyone to go support this business they’re seriously amazing
The choice of food was abundant and the service was great. The serving size is not large but rather small/medium. If we're talking about food flavor and service, then Encore hits the spot and earns my 4 stars.However, it drops down to a 2 star when I chewed and found what looks to be like a small piece of cut plastic wrap in my Singapore style chicken noodle dish. This is a major health hazard and I cannot help but question how the heck did plastic packaging get in the dish?
The Gyzoza(?) dumplings appetizer was cold and the dipping sauce that accompanied it lacked flavor. For some reason the Pad Thai sat in a tangy sauce and didn't taste like I'm used to. These weren't major issues but I will try different items if there's a next time.The server had a hard time remembering me and went long periods in between stages of service.
Great service and have some good food. But make sure to stay away from the Kurry with potatoes and shrimp. I’m just glad, I work from home. I been running back to back to the Toilet ?.
Even though they have a new menu which dropped one of my favorite meals, they still were able to make it for me. Outstanding service and excellent food

My spouse works here but I'm honestly not biased. They do really good Chinese and Pan-asian cuisines here. My favorite dish, which I judge all Chinese restaurants by is Singapore Mei Fun. Encore's is one of the very best I've ever had-- but if you want it to have all the standard proteins, you'll have to "add combo" as it only comes with shrimp, here. A note that they don't de-tail thier shrimp here, if that bothers you, but they *are* de-veined. All the other dishes are fresh tasting and not too heavy. I've tried nearly every dish and while I wish they made pork dishes, all the others they make are great.
Nice place. Lots of space. Super nice people. Food was alright. Not traditional Asian food. The ma po tofu was brown, which is not the traditional Chinese color and the Singapore rice noodles were a bit off too. ?Good for Americans but if you’re actually Asian, probably not the place for you. Still tasted great though! Just not traditional haha. But they also don’t claim to be traditional??. They are American ?? fusion. So all good. ?
