Lost my 18year olds waiver. Luckily she was able to get a hold of me and I saved what I sent them, otherwise she wouldn’t have had a room for the night that I reserved months ago. I filled out all the appropriate forms. Lady emailed back that she filed it at the check in desk with our reservation, so everything should’ve been easy. Waiver has credit card and driver’s license info on it and they lost it. The parking there is awful! Good luck finding something close. Lobby is nice and rooms are average. Definitely not worth the price. She has stayed at better places that are less than half the price and they don’t lose information to stay. I do not recommend.
I went here for Susan Hancock's performance and the performance itself was great but I REALLY appreciated the service I got from the bartender. He made sure my martinis were crafted well and I liked that they were specials on Thursday (the Purple Haze is REALLY good). The only reason I can't give 5 stars is because I was told by a host I couldn't eat in the lounge while watching the performance and I later found out that wasn't true. That misinformation kept me from ordering more food and didn't inspire confidence that every employee there was on the same page. In any event, I'll definitely be coming back whenever Susan Hancock is there!
Hosted an event at the Eldridge. Catherine I. and her amazing team did a spectacular job. Everything went off with out a hitch. I can't say enough about the amazing event team. Will be coming here again!
You can stay at the Best Western, or you can spend just a little bit more to stay in a historic hotel in the heart of the city. The staff provide top tier hospitality and the bartenders at the hotel bar can all mix a proper drink.
We used to go here regularly, especially for brunch on Easter and other times, but they're canceling the brunch buffet. Very disappointing.
Nice place! Went here with a friend to get drinks, solid service and very nice staff. Food selection was a little limited, but the pork chop was very tasty.
Shared a lovely New Year's Eve dinner with friends, food was yummy, drinks were fresh, service was great! Great little find for a super busy night.
Always a great experience! The food was fantastic. The place can get a little loud! Wish they'd put some stuff up that would absorb the noise instead of pictures and hard surfaces. But all in all a great place!
Fabulous hotel. We stayed two nights in room 506. The staff was amazing, parking was close, and the room was clean. Easy access to downtown shops and eateries. Wonderful bar and restaurant attached. Will stay here again when in Lawrence.
You can tell that the Eldridge has a lot of history. It was built in the late 1800s but don't let that fool you it's been updated a lot since then. My room was fantastic. I was on the 5th floor and had an awesome view of Lawrence's happenin college town favorite Massachusetts street! Their bar was fully stocked and Sarah made me a mean old-fashioned. She's pleasant to talk to and very upbeat. Brian at the front desk was also a cool guy. He helped me out with some things. With the nightlife and the built-in bar at the Eldridge hotel I highly recommend for anybody wanting to get away for a fun time. No matter what age. Thanks for the great time Eldridge hotel as always, Kyle
