I always go there a lot. Great customer service from everyone. They have great tasting food and amazing drinks!
The staff is super friendly and my order is always correct!
They no longer make my frozen coffee they way I like it. I like my almond milk they they offer coconut milk or Whole milk...um No thank you!
A guilty pleasure for us is enjoying their delicious coffee and a fresh donut. The owners and employees are always friendly, fast and efficient. Their donuts are wonderful, not as addictive as Krispy Kreme, but the perfect accompaniment to their delicious coffee. ;-)

Ordered in ap and ended up sitting behiend 4 cars in line for about 20 min. Drink was good but waiting triggered my inner road rage.
Good coffee which is expected. But the croissant was burnt and the rest of the sandwich was very lack luster. No seasoning at all.
I went out of my way, as I wanted to treat myself to a specialty coffee. I ordered a large, hot, mocha latte with 3 pumps of chocolate. I waited till I got home to savior it, because it is a rare treat. NO chocolate at all. Also, I just read where Dunkin doesn’t make their donuts in the store but receive them frozen from a central location. No wonder they taste stale. I feel duped. No more Dunkins for me.
So I don’t typically write reviews but this really annoyed me. The last couple of times I’ve gone to Dunkin I’ve gotten the same rude lady taking my order, like it’s just plan disrespectful to talk to customers like that. Today I went through the drive through, I waited quite some time before saying “hello” because no one was taking my order. When someone finally answered the response I got was like I was bothering her or that it was a terrible time to be there. I was the only one in line! I’m not going to go into detail of what was said but it was the tone and vibe for me. I’ve worked in customer service before and I know that if my boss caught me talking to people like that I would be fired. I used to go to Dunkin all the time almost everyday. Recently I haven’t wanted to all because of the slim chance that I might get that person. I don’t ever want to start or end my day with attitude ever. No thank you! I won’t be going to Dunkin till this person is fired for real.
I don’t leave bad reviews often but I’m pretty frustrated. I order an iced latte with almond milk and mocha swirl (all dairy free) and I watched her put caramel swirl in it and then they tried to give it to me and say it was mocha. It didn’t even look like how mocha is supposed to look. Also, caramel makes me really sick because it has dairy in it. Instead of remaking my drink to accommodate my food allergy, she poured some of the drink out and added mocha to it. So it still had caramel in it and therefore dairy. Won’t be going back here if they can’t fix a simple mistake that THEY made. Not worth getting sick.
