It's Dunkin' Donuts. I've just tried the glazed donuts, but they're good. However, especially during the morning rush, people in the parking lot can be a little rowdy.Dunkin' coffee isn't worth the cost of the cup it came in, to be honest. The staff is pleasant and has never given me incorrect change. The change counter beneath the window is a little alarming, but whatever.
Was so excited to get a chocolate cream filled donut to get home and it had no filling. Come-on man, filling needs to be a lot and to get none?
Ordering anything in the afternoon has been a gamble on whether it's good or not, even have had coolatta with ice chunks in the bottom of the cup. Mornings we haven't had any issues with our drinks.
The donuts are always stale here. The Dunkin on 23rd street is best if you want fresh donuts.
Why isn't there a sign in front of the drive thru speaker that showcases the styles/flavors of doughnuts you offer? If you put just a little sign before the speaker people will have a chance to decide what doughnut they want. There was NO doughnut menu....at a doughnut place. However, the place is always nice and clean! And the service is fast, which I very much appreciate.
I love Dunkin' overall, which is why I've given this location so many second chances, but their service and accuracy have taken a nosedive over the past year or so. They don't read back your order, they barely say a word to you, hardly ever a friendly greeting. About half the time, something is incorrect with my order. I ask for the same drink every time, black cold brew with mocha - two simple ingredients, and they frequently either forget the mocha or add a bunch of cream and sugar. Twice in a row I've ordered plain bagel minis and got the "everything" bagel minis instead. I could go on and on about how many times they've messed up my order.I like the food and coffee, and I've been loyal to Dunkin' for a long time, but at a certain point it's just not worth coming back any more. I'll only be frequenting the other location on 23rd street from now on. The 23rd street location has much friendlier staff and I've never had a problem there.UPDATE: It's been 8 months since I posted this review and I decided to give them another try today. They messed up my drink order. Again, two simple ingredients. I'm not asking for anything complicated, just the most basic standards of accuracy and service.
The staff is extremely friendly and nice. My complaint is that the lobby is closed and has been forever. I order on the app assuming it will help me get my food quickly. BUT the drive thru line is usually long and they will not even allow you to pick up online orders inside. So then, my online order is cold ...or warm, depending on what I ordered. I know, first world problems. And I appreciate keeping staff safe, but there has got to be a way for people to pick up mobile orders other that waiting 10+ minutes in the drive thru.
Just left the one on 6th st. Ordered 2 dozen and found dead flies in it!!!!! One on a donut and one in the box! I couldnt figure out how to post the pics but I did take some!! I understand flies are gonna be around donuts but workers should at least make sure they're not on the donuts they are choosing to put in the boxes.......ugh!
My wife and I had doughnuts and coffee. (She had the doughnuts; I had the coffee.) The drive-thru window was fast, and the coffee was very good.
I love Dunkin. I haven’t been to this location for a while though. I assumed that ordering ahead would be key, since the line is always long. But, their lobby is still closed, so I didn’t think I could go inside to grab my order since I didn’t see any “mobile only” signs. So, I still had to wait in the long line. Then when I got to the window, they had JUST STARTED making my drink. I had put my order in 30 minutes prior. I ended up being 15 minutes late to work, which was partially on me because I should have looked into how this location ran things first before I ordered.I didn’t realize that “drive thru” on the app meant only drive thru is the option to pick it up. Still sucks that ordering ahead you’d think your drink would be ready by the time you get to the window.
