Great food but a slow drive thru.

Chocolate dipped cone is my go to DQ treat. A favorite since childhood. This is the only location open as staffing is an issue. Great and quick service.

Based on other peoples reviews I thought this place would be a hit or miss, But when I went it was very good and I loved the sundae I had!

Put a lid on my blizzard before they flipped it but kinda fire so i dont mind

They messed up p on our order a second time within a week and he girl was really rude

No wonder door dashes get left here. They just ignore you when you come inside to get the order. From now on I'll just accept the orders and not pick them up to waste their time like they wasted mine

Gave them a $20 bill, they claimed that they only got $10. So despite using a coupon, the total cost was more than double what it would've been without using the coupon

I went through the drive through with my family this evening. I am not sure what the matter was but the little girl working the drive through was as rude as can be. 2 of our dip cones (one large one medium) we’re made the same size and we’re literally sideways. They only thing the girl said to me was the price and then glared at us while handing us our food. I have no idea what I did to offend. I would have said something about the small and lopsided cones but was afraid she may do something to the food, we were obviously not welcome. I thought we must have driven through after close, but it was 9:10 and drive through closes at 10:00. We parked to eat our cones and the drive through, sign and store lights were turned off at 9:18. I have worked in the fast food industry and have known restaurant owners…if I owned that particular Dairy Queen or managed it, I would certainly like to know if that sort of experience and early store closing (when it was still busy) was occurring at my franchise. I won’t return to that location, when I spend money and take my family out for a treat, I would assume I could at least be treated with some sort of decency.

I love their ice cream, but the service is always slow. The employees don't seem to care and are usually talking to each other as I wait about unprofessional things, and not one employee was wearing a mask while Douglas County had a mask mandate at the time, but again, the ice cream is delicious.

My day has been ruined. I ordered a banana split. The pineapple and strawberries were RANCID. I tried picking them out so I could at least enjoy the ice cream and bananas, but I kept getting little rancid pineapple bits. it made me sick. I had to throw away the other half. I couldn't even go in to tell them since the lobby was closed, and I didn't feel like waiting 20 min in the drive-thru to let them know it was bad. I understand they are short staffed but they should really taste those bits to male sure they are still good, or something.
