We got our food really fast and they are the best burgers ever
We had 5 tokens for ice cream then the girl said oops sorry you only had four so you’re gonna have to pay for the other scoop of ice cream because I didn’t see the other token be sure to show her the token if you want ice cream!

Not a bad restaurant, just bad employees. We stopped in for lunch and my goodness their organization and respect was horrendous. It was literally a bunch of teenagers who could care less about what you wanted. Standing at the counter trying to order and the girl couldn't even focus on what we were saying. Rather her focus remained on the group of girls next to her talking derogatorily about other customers inside. Took almost 15 minutes to order two sandwiches with sides of chili, we were the only ones ordering. We weren't given items we were charged for, charged twice for actually. Took half an hour for sour cream, which we never even got, said they couldn't find it. The food itself wasn't bad, whoever cooked it did a fantastic job. The workers just set the tone and it was an extremely negative one. Sadly, we'll probably never go back to this location. Even with the food being delicious, the experience was horrible and a situation we don't want to put ourselves in again.
I go to Culver’s in Lawrence a lot. I am appreciate the service I get and the employees are so kind, respectful and helpful. Their food is always at good temperature & flavorful. But when I do order food, I sometimes don’t get everything. Like I get extra gravy on the side and sometimes I don’t get it in my bag with my order.

Love the fired fish meal. If you are wanting fish and chips this is a great option. It's one of their best kept secrets.

i had a culvers cheese for the first time, the cheese was thicker than the hamburger patty. i had not idea hamburger patties could be as thin a thin sliced deli meat.
Ordered through drive-thru and received great customer service, our food was received hot and fresh. Their chicken strips are lightly breaded and not overly coated like a lot of fast food places, you actually get chicken not just crunchy pieces of fried breading.
